Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Old school.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house there is the most beautiful view over fields and forest and a lot of amazing nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the setting for a kitchen-living room and a large living room with stunning views. The house is a classic wooden house of 57m2 and located at the end of a quiet gravel road. It is located right up to the forest and you will experience a rich wildlife in the garden. The plot is 1200m2 and mainly the bunch of blueberry plants and wild nature. There's room for play on the lawn in front of the house, as well as other play equipment available. During the summer months, there may be mosquitoes, so remember mosquito spray. We have mosquito nets on the doors of the living room, kitchen and in one room.

Well-equipped and nice cottage close to the water. Family-friendly, and with the large garden, which just invites you to lots of fun and coziness.
