Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. We hope you will feel at home and love the house as much as we do!

National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house are even from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located on a quiet street a stone's throw from IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. In a side room of this national monumental farm a beautiful guesthouse has been realized. In this former stable there is now plenty of room for 4 people + a baby. The low beamed ceiling (2.15 to the beams) gives a cozy and atmospheric feeling. The 80m2 outdoor space offers both sun and shade and is equipped with a picnic table with parasol and lounge sofa. Upon request, the garden can be fenced with a mobile fence.

Beautifully located, comfortable chalet with a large terrace for 4 people on the river IJssel with direct access to a landscaped beach on the swimming pond. The chalet is surrounded by a beautiful, attractive garden with a large terrace (70 m2). From there there is a beautiful view over the IJssel and its floodplains. The Rhine barges pass by regularly. The terrace has various seating areas, including a lounge corner, large dining table and a seat under the canopy.

Nice cottage in Deventer a stone's throw away from the park and the IJssel. Within 10 minutes cycling you are in the city center, but you can also walk by leg wagon along the IJssel towards the city. You are also welcome here with your four-legged friend (there are several dog-free walking areas nearby). You can park your car for free in front of the door. Wonderful place to discover the beautiful city center of Deventer!

If you want to relax and decide what you do, you've come to the right place! We have a completely self-contained cottage(45m2) next to our house where you can enjoy. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here it is beautiful hiking and biking or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
