Sie gehört unserer Tochter, die beschlossen hat, ins Zentrum Klagenfurts zu ziehen und somit steht die Wohnung für Gäste zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist 100qm groß, 1 Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche mit offenen Wohnzimmer und einer idyllischen 15qm großen Terrasse. In 15 Min. sind sie am Klopeinersee, dem wärmsten Badesee Österreichs. In 20 Min am Wörthersee, Wahrzeichen Klagenfurt.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
