L'appartamento, appena ristrutturato, offre due spaziose camere da letto di cui una con un letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli. E' presente una terza camera con la possibilità di allestire un ulteriore letto singolo (extra). La cucina è ampia e luminosa. Sono a disposizione vari elettrodomestici e utensili, tra cui una lavatrice, una lavastoviglie, un bollitore, un forno a microonde, una moka per il caffè,.. Il clima è autonomo. E' presente un garage privato lungo 7m e largo 2,60.

Percorrendo una strada tra vigneti e ciliegi, si arriva alla Corte Medievale di Panego, un’antica corte rurale in cui i primi cenni storici risalgono al 1222. Qui si trova la nostra casa interamente ristrutturata, pur mantenendo le caratteristiche originarie. La stanza è al secondo piano e si raggiunge percorrendo un' antica scala in pietra. Per soggiornare da noi è consigliabile avere un mezzo di trasporto. La strada di accesso alla corte non è percorribile da auto con il rimorchio.
