You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Comfy Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to the beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Pool apartment in the center of PYLOS

Independent apartment, in a modern house in the heart of the village of Pylos. Very nice view of NAVARINO Bay from the 4 m X 8 m terrace, 3 m X 3 m pool (Unsecured) The apartment built in 2022, all the comforts, double glazing, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, Japanese toilet. Shops and main square 10 minutes' walk away. Swimming in the beautiful Bay of Pylos, 15 minutes' walk away. Numerous beaches within a 30-minute drive. NAVARINO International Golf Course is 20 minutes away.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.
