Holiday rentals with beach access in Vlieland

We really enjoyed staying with Paul and Odette with our 10-month-old daughter. The apartment meets the description and is fully furnished; we didn't miss anything. We wanted to make the crossing without a car. With the many items needed for a holiday with a baby, that felt impossible. Because a high chair, a cot and changing mat were provided, she made it possible for us to leave the car ashore and come by bike! We could have left even more at home, because on arrival there were toys, games (also for adults), cuddles and different outdoor toys available for loan. The too good to go fridge is also of added value! Thank you for the hospitality and the nice stay. We'd love to come back to Terschelling!!

Very nice contact on the day of arrival, check-in was easily possible. The apartment was very lovingly and cozy. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful vacation at Peter & Inge's. They are fantastic hosts, starting with the warm welcome where we immediately felt welcome and "at home" to the friendly communication on various issues. The apartment is perfect for a family vacation and we lacked nothing. The location of the apartment invites you to take a walk in the dunes and to the nearby beach. Day trips to Volendam, Alkmaar or Medemblik are also available and are highly recommended. We enjoyed the time in this gem very much and thank Peter & Inge for the warm hospitality. We would be delighted if you would welcome us again as guests.

We had a wonderful stay on Texel! The accommodation near Paal 17 was perfect for our vacation – quiet, but still close to the beach and many beautiful excursion destinations. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything necessary and lovingly furnished – you felt right at home. We would especially like to highlight the hostess Kim, she was always very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. We are grateful that we were allowed to be there.

We really had a wonderfully relaxing weekend with Anne and Paul. Incredibly friendly welcome, beautiful accommodation and especially delicious beds. Really a weekend to recover and relax. We were unlucky because the bike rental was unexpectedly closed but we were allowed to borrow Anne and Paul's bikes for 2 days, super nice. You can take beautiful trips to the beach, or to Bolsward or Harlingen. I can recommend it to everyone.

We spent a wonderful week in Liz and Alex's apartment. If you love peace and nature, this is the place to be. The apartment is ideal for two people. In addition, you can use sun loungers and benches in the garden. By bike you can easily reach the places of the island all. There is also a supermarket in neighboring village Osterend. You can take a nice walk right by the sea from the apartment, the dyke can be reached in 5 minutes. Liz and Alex are very attentive and lovely hosts. The apartment is fully and very functionally furnished. In terms of value for money, we only give 4 stars. Actually, it's a bit too expensive for April. But that's the way it's on the island.

What a nice stay we had! Super friendly people. Beautiful place and very central location. We were with 2 young children and this was very easy to do! Certainly subject to repetition! Who knows, maybe next year!😉

What a great location on Texel in the beautiful village of Oudeschild. Moderately centrally located, so you are everywhere within 15 min. The cottage was very complete, everything has been thought of. Unfortunately, Agnes herself was on vacation with her family, so we were not able to meet in person, but the communication went very well all week, also from Agnes it was regularly asked how everything went here, very nice!

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay in the beautiful house of George and Irene was simply wonderful! Three generations have found the perfect accommodation. The house is comfortably furnished and offers a quiet location, yet close to the beach and shops. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast on the terrace, where we were surrounded by breathtaking nature and could watch many geese, rabbits and other animals. We were personally welcomed by our nice hostess Anke and we enjoyed our stay very much. The great big kitchen , the beautiful outdoor area and the many different rooms were perfect for our large group. The location is great, right on the canal and everything is within walking distance. Very nice cottage with a beautiful garden. Anything you need is present. Nice loft bed with the possibility of stargazing. Tom responded quickly to our questions. We had a great weekend and would love to come back!

We had a lovely week at the property. Everything has been clean, and the basic equipment is available. The beds were very cozy and the location is really great. We also found it very nicely decorated. For some people, it may be important to know that the stairs to the upper floor with the beds are very steep and the toilet is downstairs. But if you're still fit, that's not a problem. The hosts are very friendly and easily accessible. We had a small problem with the electricity (for which no one could do anything) and it was immediately taken care of. All in all great and recommended.

We recommend the place without restrictions! It all matches the information and we felt very comfortable. The ambiance in the apartment is certainly one of the reasons. Also, all the details are thought of to have a relaxed stay. Michiel is a very accommodating host. We will be happy to come back!

Had a very nice weekend in this super nice cottage. Everything neat and tidy, equipped with all comforts and a perfect base. Had good communication with the host and also a lot of good tips and friendly to talk to. All in all highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Connie's lovely stay. The cottage is brightly quiet, lots of privacy, near the beach on IJselmeer. A beautiful environment, nice lunch at the Strandhuijs.

Renske's home is nestled in the last village of the island, and a moment's walk into the dunes. So it was perfect for us who were searching for peace, quiet, and nature. The kitchen was spacious with great amenities, and the bedrooms were soo cozy! It was a bit challenging to find her home. It's amidst several other homes/doors. There was no sign, whether with a name or number, on an outside wall like other cottages/doors did. So we asked neighbours who were out and about if they could help us find the correct cottage, which we did. Renske was super supportive with my questions with prompt responses, I really appreciated her warmth. Thank you for having us Renske!

Julia’s apartment it’s in a really great position (5 minutes walk to the center of Den Koog) but at the same time in a really quite area. The apartment is really nice and very clean and tidy. Everything was how described. Highly recommended.

Had a nice stay here! We slept in apartment room 6, where the terrace was on the courtyard garden. In the morning it stayed cool in the room and in the evening we could enjoy a sun on our terrace. The room looks well cared for. Great bathroom, nice bed, convenient kitchen. The interior is quite basic, but nice and quiet. What I would like myself is if you don't have to bring your own towels. A bottle of hand soap and a shower mat would also be useful.

We had a great time. On the weekend it was sometimes very loud, because in the parking lot opposite many tuners met. During the week it was super quiet and we would love to come back

Great apartment in a direct location to the pedestrian and close to the beach. Apartment was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the shower. Here the water does not drain properly and there is permanent water in the cabin. It also smelled a little musty in the bathroom. (Maybe due to the permanent humidity) otherwise everything was great.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment on the Sonnenhof. Everything was very clean and as described. The location was tip-top, beach/forest/shopping/city all within walking distance. All communication was quick and hassle-free. The only downside: things for everyday needs are scarce and easy to get when needed. In summary: We will be happy to come back anytime!

A very well located accommodation. There are about 15 restaurants and 2 supermarkets, as well as a bike rental within a 5-minute walk and the beach is also only 15 minutes away. It was a really nice stay. You could have breakfast in front of the door on a small terrace with a parasol. We felt really comfortable. Sometimes it smelled a little unpleasant from the bathroom and a mosquito net on a window would be nice, but overall we were very satisfied. Clear recommendation for a holiday on Texel.
