This beautifully located detached vacation home has recently been newly and lovingly furnished and the outdoor area modernized. The house measures a living space of 90 square meters and is located on a 510 square meter property directly on the outer canal of the holiday park. Due to the hedge boundary to the neighbors on the side, you can enjoy your vacation very privately in the garden. The southwest-facing terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing sunbathing and fun barbecue evenings.

I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a cup of tea.

The apartment has its own entrance to the living area, a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom for two people. There is also a small terrace. The apartment has floor tiles and PVC tiles in a wood look as well as electric blinds. Parking is possible on the street right in front of the entrance.
