What a delightful home perfect for couples or a family holiday! We had such a wonderful stay here. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, authentic French house. The house is well equipped, clean and we were provided with absolutely everything we needed. It has a lovely garden (enclosed so perfect for dogs) and a spacious outside area. The pool was a lovely addition for cooling off on those warmer days. Lesley looked after us so well - she was extremely helpful and very knowledge about the local area. She was so friendly and it was brilliant to have her local recommendations. The gite is perfect, everything you need for an ideal stay, the swimming pool is a perfect size for a little one and also is you want to do a few lengths. The garden and barn is spectacular, the perfect space to escape from the heat and eat in a beautiful place. The hosts, Sue and Paul, are so accommodating and so very welcoming, it’s been the best stay and we did not want to go home!! We have already booked to come back, an amazing stay 👍👍👍👍

Very large house, very well equipped. There were 8 of us and we could have been 12 or 14 without any problems. The location is ideal if you are looking for a house in the countryside to rest or spend time with friends. It is so calm that we were lucky enough to see a roe deer pass quietly in the garden one morning, without even noticing our presence. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, quality bedding, private bathrooms for 4 of them. The pool has an alarm. Very flexible check-in. You will be in the countryside and summer, so this implies the fairly significant presence of insects (no mosquitoes though!). Benoit has planned what is necessary to minimize their presence. We'll be back for sure.

Thank you to Elisabeth very welcoming for this stay in her beautiful and large residence with her beautiful garden. She has bcp of merit in maintaining this beautiful house alone. There were 9 of us and we were able to live together while we were at ease and the youngest enjoyed the pool after their day at Futuroscope and the family outing at the Marais Poitevin. thank you also to her for accepting the doggies, which is a plus from a host and thus allowed our doggies to do their christening in a boat. Calm, relaxation guaranteed in this pretty little village.

⭐ Exceptional! We had an absolutely perfect stay at this B&B. The welcome was warm from our arrival, the hosts are lovely, attentive and always available. The room was impeccable: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the bed was unusually comfortable. The setting is calm, relaxing, ideal for recharging. A place that we recommend without a second thought, and where we will come back without hesitation!

Our stay at Sophie's was great! The house was impeccable and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were 7 of us and the space was very suitable, each bedroom had its own bathroom + toilet. Sophie was very accommodating. We highly recommend this listing!

Very welcoming hosts. The accommodation is in the middle of the farm which allows you to see the animals and discover them with the hosts who take whom it is a pleasure to chat with. I highly recommend this listing!

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

Laetitia is a charming cottage. We had a good chat, she gave us documentation and thank you for this welcome gift. I recommend this cottage if you want to be in the quiet countryside. You will find your happiness at Laetitia's.

Absolutely amazing place, tastefully decorated, in an exceptional village. A lot of effort has been put into decorating, where well-being is. Being by the water with this view is just unimaginable. Just missing an oven (on the wall above the plates , my 2 cents) and a curtain in the room (hanging on the wall with rings, my 2 cents again). Truly an awesome experience.
