The apartment is on the ground floor of our home, the thickness of the walls guarantees you an appreciable coolness in summer! The studio has an area of 32 m2. Public parking is located nearby, without parking difficulties. Several hiking trails pass through the village, the beach is a 30-minute drive away, the Spanish border is 15 minutes away. An ideal place to discover our beautiful country but away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, in a typical and pleasant village.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.
