You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Marc’s studio combines being close to Paris while enjoying quiet surroundings. With two metro lines at a 10 minute walk you’re well connected to anywhere. The place itself is situated in a quiet area and when entering Marc’s place you are in an even more quiet and beautiful garden. Truly recommend!

Aisha's accommodation has everything you need. Aisha was very kind, and the annex house was great for spending time with the family. We were all satisfied. I'll stay again if I stop by Paris next time! Thank you👍

The home is very cozy, very clean and organized. The enclosed porch was a plus and I love to sit outside. Some may not like the location as it is not close to any good restaurants or shopping, but I am a fan of the ducked off locations like this. I love to be out in the hustle and bustle but not when it’s time to wind down. I would recommend this home to others.

Incredibly good communication, responded instantly to every problem we experienced. We entered the house quickly and practically. The location of the house is a little far from the center, but it is a safe neighborhood, quiet. It met our expectations completely.

The stay was great! We were late on arrival and the host was extremely kind, flexible and understanding. The apartment is great, as described in the listing. The site has very easy access to public transport, with a bus stop literally in front of the apartment. Very easy to get around!

A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, large TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, appreciable, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. If I come back to Paris, this is where I will come again. Thank you FABIEN, it is rare to find accommodation so well suited. HENRI

Had a pleasant stay at Bernard's place - the studio is very well equipped with everything we needed. The area is safe and accessible by metro to the main attractions in Paris. Bernard has been very responsive and kind to our requests and we will back anytime we are in Paris. Thank you !

The house is smaller than it looks in the photo. Access to the city center is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and not criminal. Safe. The yard needs repair. The owner is great, meets you when you need it. All the best!

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Ahmed is a great host. He is very friendly and pleasant. He makes your stay very pleasant. He helped us a lot with all the directions. The apartment is in an excellent location for going to the center of Paris. Two minutes to the tram and then the subway. An excellent place!!!!

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.
