Stephanie is the perfect host that really helped us enjoy her beautiful property. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time while ending our 5 week Europe vacation. The local small towns away from typical tourist spots and region offered us a little glimpse of the real French countryside with the benefit of close drives to more prolific tourist spots on the North coast. The weather was unusually hot for our stay so the pool was a blessing for the kids. We highly recommend this property of you are in the region.

We particularly appreciated the many outdoor activities available that allow you to fully enjoy this charming place. Amaury and Stylite were available throughout our stay, always ready to answer our questions. A great moment of relaxation in an idyllic setting that we recommend without hesitation!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Séverine’s house is an extremely well appointed residence. The accommodation has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is set in a very peaceful and beautiful rural area. The pretty village of La Baconnière is only a short drive away, where you will find an excellent restaurant/bar, a boulangerie and a small grocery shop. I would definitely recommend a stay at Séverine’s place!

House with very nice volumes, well equipped with a completely enclosed garden to let the dog enjoy.

We had a fantastic time at Annie's place. The countryside location had the most fantastic views, the sunrise, and sunsets were magical. The location is so calm and relaxing. The house was amazing and had everything our family of 7 needed. The beds were super comfortable and the house was extremely clean and tidy. Annie and her husband were magnificent hosts, clear instructions and thoughtful touches and a welcome gift was an amazing surprise. I highly recommend this location, short drive to Rennes and an hour from Saint Malo.

A very pleasant stay in Brittany, next to Vitré and not very far from Fougères.

We had a pleasant stay. Marie was very welcoming and explained everything to us when we arrived. The house is very nice and the garden is very pretty and soothing! The car is a must.

a charming house with a well-maintained garden. there is really everything you need to have a good time. the beds are excellent. The room on the ground floor is ideal for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. The staircase to go upstairs is a little rough... be careful with young children. Annick is charming, even though I haven't had the chance to meet her in person. I've only spoken to her on the phone. She was very accommodating for the arrival and departure time. the only downside is the linen, which is not included and is extra I think that when you rent cottages, you have to include this service.
