This place is a “you have to see it to believe it” location. Never have I ever felt more at home in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The villa has such an incredible blend of rustic with modern amenities. I hope I am lucky to return back to this place one day.

Absolutely stunning place. If one would dream of what paradise on Earth would look like in a Cyclad Island context, Amalia’s Gardens would be the place. The house, carefully restored with great taste and traditional building works, is amazing. Beautifully decorated, with all the modern comfort and all necessary appliances (fully equiped kitchen, air conditioned, TV, wifi etc). Great terrace and swimming pool with a wonderful view on the sea. And all this is located in the most beautiful, quiet, exclusive and private surroundings. If what you want for your holidays is beauty, quietness, nature and sun, yet 5min away from a beautiful small beach (with 2 taverns and a few sunbeds) and 20min away from all shops and restaurants in Gavrio, Amalia Gardens is your place. The cherry on top of this already fantastic place is Charis. What a wonderful host. Super caring, reactive, and willing -if you want it- to help you disciver the many attractions of his island. Thank you Charis !

Absolutely perfect hosts always responsive, proactive, friendly and super helpful. Very clear instructions to find the home and was delighted to find the table full of local produce, a bottle of wine bread and coffee. It’s the small touches that make the difference and feel right at home. The views from the house are amazing to be able to see the full moon rising above the surrounding hilltops is absolutely stunning. Will definitely recommend this home as a stunning place to enjoy the delights of Andros. Thank you Padelis and Olga for your hospitality.

A great renovated original house with everything you need. George is very nice and accommodating, you are well taken care of. Everything is very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. There were even paints for the children :) You need a car, but you need that anyway to get to the beaches (some of the most beautiful - Zorgos, Vlychada, Pyrgos, Fellos - are nearby). It is not far from Gavrio, we rented there at "Colours rent a Car", also very very nice, uncomplicated and cheap. George also has many tips for excursions and restaurants, etc. We would come back anytime!

Gavrion’s nest is one of the best airbnb experiences I have had. Stamatis was quick to respond to any queries and very helpful with his recommendations. Stamatis’ mother whom was our main point of contact while there was extremely helpful and have very good advice and was very welcoming. She was also very pleasant to speak with and made us feel right at home. The house is spotlessly clean and has very nice facilities and was exactly as advertised. I would definitely go back to stay there if I ever visit Andros again. Both Stamatis and his mother are excellent hosts. A lot of credit should be given to them for providing such a wonderful and immaculate space.

The Nest … how do you say it changed your life? a place a destination…my husband and I and his uncle and aunt spent only two days in the most beautiful place in the world. We had a personal tour of the town from a person who lived here all her life she treated us like family, so I have gained a new friend. I hope you come here and enjoy a peaceful place with views that change hourly. It is important to make and meet new friends. I now have one in Andos. Thank you, Natasa

Yannis was extremely helpful and super responsive. The area is beautiful, firstly the rooms are a 1' walk from the beach, very quiet, not much around other than a tavern and a beach bar. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, with turquoise water, tiny pebbles, very comfortable to lie on the beach. There are off-road marked footpaths (very well marked) which follow the river through beautiful trees, and lead up to villages on the mountain. The place is also beautiful to walk on-road. The apartment itself is comfortable with all amenities and strong wifi, the bed was great with huge pillows for a cosy sleep and lots of outdoor seating which is in perfect condition. I recommend following Yanni's navigation closely to get there and for the last part of the road to drive slowly if visiting before the season. Would definitely visit again!

I don't want to write this review as this place is so great, we'd like to keep it to ourselves! Amazing location with uninterrupted views out to sea and a very short walk down to two lovely, turquoise beaches - one with umbrellas, beach bar and taverna, the other always completely deserted. The house is lovely, well equipped and perfectly clean. We really enjoyed the isolation of Vitali, making us feel cutoff from the world and more touristy parts of the island. We are already planning our next trip here!
