Maurizio persona veramente rara al giorno d'oggi, accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Mi ha accolto nell'appartamento con un graditissimo omaggio locale. Grazie. Residenza completa di tutto il necessario e locata in un ottima posizione per: mare , passeggiate in centro e d'intorno a piedi o in bicicletta. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo purtroppo soggiornato solo in week end da Alberto. L'appartamento è un incanto, proprio come si vede nelle foto. È pulito,luminoso, abbastanza spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. I terrazzi di cui dispone l'appartamento sono davvero carini e comodi sia per tendere i vestiti che per fare un aperitivo fuori, inoltre affacciano su una zona molto tranquilla. Nonostante la zona non sia particolarmente trafficata è molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che alla passeggiata, quindi comodissimo per i servizi. Appena ci ha accolti Alberto ci ha fatto fare un tour dell'appartamento e del garage( altra nota estremamente positiva di questo alloggio) e si è reso subito disponibile per qualsiasi nostra necessità e domanda. Consiglio al 100% questo appartamento e sicuramente ci torneremo!

Beatrice is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De omgeving en de ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Strand is op loopafstand en restaurants zitten om de hoek. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en het is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker eens terugkomen.

We had a great time at this apartments. Everything is in good condition and look like on photos. The sea and free beaches are close to the apartments. We usually walked along the sea. Also we had a car, there are always free parking place near the apartments. We drove for other beaches as well. Also it is a small but good grocery in 10 minutes walk. So we're happy to stay here.

Great little apartment close to the beach. The private parking on site was excellent and easy to access. Denis was a great host who greeted us on arrival and departure. Very friendly and helpful and responsive. The apartment is a modern renovation with a good kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The beach is very close and the old town and attractions are about 20 minutes walk. Also a good base to visit Ravenna and San Marino. Highly recommend.

La casa era a dir poco fantastica! Nella casa è tutto studiato alla precisione e nel minimo dettaglio, a 1 min a piedi dal centro di Cattolica con tutti i comfort e i ristoranti/spiagge. Stefano è un host fantastico, super disponibile e ci ha accolti nel miglior modo possibile! Torneremo sicuramente a Cattolica ed alloggeremo qui! Grazie per averci ospitati!!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

De ontvangst door Elisa was fantastisch. Ze had zelfs de moeite genomen om een tolk te regelen. We konden alles vragen en kregen direct antwoord. Een erg mooie omgeving met fijne stranden. Plek zelf is ook erg gezellig met veel te doen. Je hoeft je niet te vervelen. Een erg fijn huis, met een heerlijke tuin erbij. Alles erg schoon. We hebben zo genoten dat we volgend jaar weer terug willen.

Accoglienza ottima, gradevole e simpatica da parte di Rosaria e Salvatore, ci hanno mostrato la casa e risposto a tutte le nostre domande aggiungendo informazioni utili alla nostra vacanza. Sempre disponibili, sono sicuramente un riferimento. Bella la casa ed ancora di più il giardino, ben curato, apprezzato molto anche dalle nostre cagnoline. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Bei Frederica waren wir bestens aufgehoben. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und die Lage hervorragend. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hilfreich war die Mappe mit allen wichtigen Informationen und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants. Diese kleinen Details haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Esperienza decisamente positiva. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto. Un piccolo gioiello. Tutto molto curato, dall'arredamento al corredo al terrazzino. Zona tranquilla, mare vicinissimo. Zona pedonale poco distante. Attilio persona disponibile e cordialissima.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell' appartamento di Franca e Roberto, pulitissimo e ordinato con tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Posto auto privato e posizione comoda a due passi dal mare. Consigliato.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – danke, Veronica! Wir durften ein paar tolle Tage in Veronicas Unterkunft verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Sie hat uns warmherzig und sympathisch empfangen – man merkt sofort, dass sie mit Herz dabei ist. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber, hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht – man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Veronica war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, die man so nur von Einheimischen bekommt. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Veronica ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und wir können sie und ihre Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich, äusserst freundlich und flexibel. Die Unterkunft wurde sehr sauber übergeben und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Der Urlaub wurde durch die Wohnung aufgewertet.
