Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Apart from the fact that it is not very convenient without Wi-Fi, everything else is good, it is a five-minute walk to the exhibition hall, which is perfect for people attending the exhibition.

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, just a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

This is the second year that we have stayed in Mauro's house with our 16-month-old baby and a Dobermann, and I believe that this will remain a fixed, unmissable stop for us to spend our summer holidays. A large, fully fenced outdoor space, a quiet area and a cozy and clean apartment, equipped with all the services, make this an optimal solution for those who, like us, decide to spend their holidays with their 4-legged friend. At the same time, the proximity to the center of Riccione and the complete availability of Mauro, who can be reached at any time and for any eventuality, instills security in full respect of privacy, making the stay ideal even for the little ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Barbara and I stayed at Villa Mariella from June 19 to 24, 2025. A wonderful villa, immersed in an oasis of peace, green, silent and well cared for. Mariella and Marco are super kind, friendly, generous, nice and cheerful, in short, two wonderful people who made us feel at home! We will definitely be back because we had a really good time!

We had a fantastic time at Marianna's place. She's a formidable host and we were very grateful for her help during our stay. The place is spacious, confortable and close to the city center. We enjoyed her little library of Ravenna's cultural sites, which are absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the coffee and breakfast things that were at our disposal. Thank you Marianna!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Jacopo was genuinely very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very nice. I think even better than in the pictures. Altogether I had a very good stay at Jacopos apartment.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

The only problem was finding the apartment right away, as the access is internal and the number is not immediately visible from the street, so I would suggest putting up a sign or other more visible communication of the number. Valentina is super friendly and precise, the house is tidy and has all the comforts, too bad for stairs without an elevator. Wonderful location, we never used the car because the sea is a 2-minute walk away and there is nightlife in the area with a promenade and summer attractions. Easily reachable with a few minutes' drive also overseas and acquafan or Rimini while the aquarium is within walking distance. Great experience, thank you.

Roberto is a super warm host. His apartment is a nice place to vacation. It really is only a 3-minute walk to the sea. There are many beach bars there, we were there at the end of September and found 2 still open. Right next to the place there is a mini supermarket with the most necessary things. The only drawback to our stay was the mosquitoes, which were quite annoying especially in the morning and evening. But there was also anti mosquito spray in the yard. Right next to Roberto's house, where there are several apartments, there is a hostel (a hotel). We didn't hear anything about it or their guests. The location is very quiet and Roberto always helped us with everything (baby chair for our child, questions answered very quickly) - we really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back!

My amazing choice in Rimini!!! Fantastic cute cozy apartment near the sea!!! Very modern, nice decoration, very clean!!! Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

Very quiet surroundings, not far from the city center and the beach. There are large supermarkets around. The host is very enthusiastic and told us that we just caught the local summer solstice festival. You can see the midnight fireworks by the window in the room. You can park for free opposite the house. It's quite safe. Everything is very convenient. The host is very nice. Thank you.

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded promptly to messages and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we missed in June was actually an air conditioner, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

A small corner of paradise immersed in the quiet of the Romagna hills: The Ruin of Teodorano is one of those places that remain in your heart. From the very first moment, we were greeted with a rare kindness – Antonella and Leano are authentic, warm and helpful people, able to make you feel immediately at home. If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, good food and a warm welcome.

Enrico is an exceptional host! He contacted me in advance to make sure the trip was going well and, upon arrival, he was there waiting for me. He showed me the apartment carefully and was immediately available for any need. During my stay, he wrote to me several times to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. Short stay in that of Cesena in Sara's apartment, she is a very courteous host, attentive and helpful; upon arrival we even found a welcome cake that we ate for breakfast! Very good😋, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean, and in the surroundings there are many parking lots available, I recommend it and if I have a chance I will be happy to come back

Raffallella apartment is in a great location in the old town. Beside everything you need to see Handy to get to the station and the beach. She was so kind and helpful Can only say good things about her and her apartment Thank you for everything

We were very kindly received by our host Claudio. He explained the apartment and the surroundings well. He provided us with some food on arrival. The apartment is very modern, everything is available and very clean. Surroundings is quiet and pleasant. We were allowed to use the bicycles, so both the city center and the beach were quickly accessible. We can fully recommend the apartment.
