pros-beautiful, spacious place.rishiconda anytime preferable than rk beach.host approachable,friendly- as because renovation happening at the place initially booked by us Mr. anil suggested the place near rishikonda beach which was fabulous. caretaker/building staff- bignesh always helpful,attentive & smiling cons-curtains semi transparent so changing clothes,privacy at times was an issue. bathroom spacious-grabbers advisable so that disbalance specially for elderly/walking issue doesn't happen.although peaceful,calm place but honking in the neighborhood was irritating- it's like every move you make,every breath you take I will honk. suggestion-bumpers should b of same height/level for smooth movement of the car. mat protector advisable so as to avoid liquid spills on the bed. list of cutleries so that misplaced/lost/not there episode doesn't arise afterwards

The entire stay was truly blissful — a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The hospitality and prompt support, even for the smallest requests, were highly commendable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed and rejuvenating stay. We stayed in the A-frame villa, and the interior lighting, scenic views, and private swimming pool truly stood out.

This is great place to stay especially with a group. Cool vibe in the house with many lights that add to the atmosphere, great spot to have a little get-together with friends. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

a clean place in an excellent sorrunding. the living room was spacious and stylish. She had kept materials in the fridge and kitchen which would meet immediate requirement.- milk, magi, rice, tea etc. nice place to relax after a long road drive

It’s really a nice stay with the family. Pool is not so big but ok for a family of 15 members to enjoy. Overall it’s a great place to enjoy with family. 10/10 ratings to the theatre room. Thanks Siva Garu for hosting a nice stay.

Great place to spend a weekend.. very helpful staffs.. whole area is surrounded by beautiful farm.. also have a swimming pool access.. food is very tasty.. overall worthy stay..
