Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Virgin River

Yes, there is construction because it is in a mew area where construction is happening. However, besides the little bit of early morning construction noise, the place is silent. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed the small walk to a local taco truck. The unit is stocked with so many things most other places do not have. We enjoyed our stay.

House was everything that was described. Pool was wonderful and refreshing on a couple really hot days. Everything was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this home. We did have a little issue getting the waterfall to work, but Melissa responded immediately and solved our issue. Great home, with great host! Thank you!!

Great stay. Perfect place for our girls trip. Very conveniently located to shopping, dining, and all the places we explored. Also very comfortable for the times we hung out at the house. Beautiful house, though a couple of practical things missing. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at alex’s penthouse. The place was clean and the view was extraordinary on the balcony especially at night. Everything was easy to get to with an uber and coming back to this place really gave us the Las Vegas experience. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat. As we drive away I said “great spot” to my college aged son who responded “awesome spot”. We enjoyed fires both nights - a very local store has a porch with wood bundles for sale and a cash drop box for after hours purchases. The hot tub was great after a day walking The Narrows. The beds were comfortable and the views were idyllic.

We had such a wonderful stay. The space is huge and well maintained. Perfect for unwinding after long days of hiking!

Hank was on property when we arrived and took a great deal of time to show us the home and the surrounding landscape, hiking trails, things to do in Zion with his local knowledge etc. He even took us on a hike on his property to great overlooks and hidden caves! Hank was great.

We had a fabulous time! The house was perfect for the multiple family's that we had and all ages. They're was space for everyone to gather together and spaces to get apart lol. The pool was fun and mini golf too! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We loved our stay! very clean and lots of space, we never felt on top of each other. We had 4 adults and 2 babies. the bus stop was right out front with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We can't wait to come back!

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Comfortable house in a nice, private location with good access to local highways. A nice range of grocery stores within a 10 minute drive made it easy to pull together meals for our family of six, all adults. My daughter brought her dog for the weekend. Immediate neighborhood has sidewalks and minimal traffic and a local park around the corner which worked out very well even with the 100+ degree afternoon heat.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the house felt incredibly cozy and inviting, making it easy to settle in and relax. We particularly loved the peace and quiet, which allowed us to truly unwind, and the amazing pool was an absolute highlight – perfect for enjoying the sunny days. The host was truly exceptional: attentive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need, leaving us wanting for nothing. We have no regrets about our stay whatsoever; we truly could not have asked for a better place to enjoy a few days of much-needed relaxation. Highly recommended!

This place was beautiful! One of my least favorite things about Airbnb’s is always dirty floors—these floors were pristine! There are so many fun things to do in the area, but we also just loved spending time at this place relaxing. Perfect for our babymoon :) The skylight in the bedroom area didn’t work which was a bummer for us because we just love all the natural lighting in the rest of the place, but that didn’t take away too much from the rest of the wonderful stay! Shelby definitely knows how to host an Airbnb—her info guide was perfect, and the space was designed beautifully!!

Comfortable cabin for a family of 4 in a great location close to the south rim of Grand Canyon National Park. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.

Was perfect for our group trip to Zion. The house is more beautiful than the photos and the hot tub and grille were great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was right in the middle between Bryce Canyon, Zion and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, which we all visited. It was a peaceful escape and we enjoyed home cooked meals almost every night. It was also very convenient to have access to do laundry and to use the game room and fireplace. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a peaceful and quiet stay.

I truly enjoyed staying at Lynn's place with my family! Not only because we were so impressed with the house but also because Lynn is such a superb host. He literally put together our 4 day itinerary for our vacation to Zion national park and Bryce Canyon! He truly went above and beyond. My niece and nephews enjoyed every place that was on the itinerary. The house also provided a beautiful and fun filled escape that my family will remember for years to come. We would definitely stay there again. We recommend this place over and over again. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We loved this place! We would definitely return, it’s so beautiful and it felt like home immediately. There was everything you needed to cook various meals, the crockpot and rice cooker were a great addition. We used the BBQ a couple of times too! There were even marshmallow roasting sticks. The surroundings were breathtaking. We loved using the hot tub and sitting on the balcony and we saw so many deer and chipmunks. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were excellent! Melissa is a fantastic host, she reached out to check on us and was also very responsive if we needed anything or had any questions. Panguitch lake is beautiful, but I would say it’s a walk from the cabin to get to a good space to fish and paddle board so we chose to drive around to find a good spot. The only thing to plan for is that you need to drive your garbage bags to the dumpster area because there aren’t receptacles anywhere outside, due to the wildlife. I hope we can come back next year!!! Thank you!!

We had a terrific stay at this Airbnb! We had a group of 6 adults and 2 young children and it was perfect. The house had a ton of baby gear including two pack and plays, a baby gate, and outlet safety plugs. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Of course the best part was the breathtaking view, which you could enjoy from virtually any room in the house, the deck, and the fire pit. And the location was perfect for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. We can’t recommend this place enough!
