Holiday rentals with beach access in Vipava Valley

Die Apartments haben eine tolle Lage direkt am Fluss mit schön gepflegtem Garten. Besonders praktisch fand ich die kostenlose Nutzung von Fahrrädern und Waschmaschinen, die zwar in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber funktionieren. Die private Sauna mit Liegen, WC, Dusche und allem was man benötigt, kann für 40€ für 2 Stunden gebucht werden. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und fühlten uns sehr willkommen von unseren Hosts!

Eine unglaubliche schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Balkon. Eine Hilfeleistung beim Boiler für warmwasser erfolgte nach nur 5min. Wir kommen wieder!

A lovely comfortable apartment for the two of us. Very central to the town of Piran. Walking distance to everywhere including getting to walks along the north coast of the peninsula. Domen corresponded promptly to any questions we had and made the apartment available early to accommodate us on the first the day. Julija met us in Tartini Square to take us there and show us how everything worked. Apartment very well equipped. Welcome tray was a lovely personal touch. Our two nights there were perfect. Thankyou both.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns bei Bernarda und ihrem Mann willkommen gefühlt! Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Unterkunft war in einem malerischen Dorf. Man kann daher naturgemäß keine unmittelbare Anbindung an andere Orte erwarten. Es sei denn man nutzt das Auto. Zu Fuß kann man jedoch innerhalb von 5 Minuten die Soça erreichen und auch die Tolmin-Klamm kann man innerhalb einer Wandertagesetappe gut zu Fuß erreichen. (Ca 20km inkl. Rückweg, der Besuch lohnt sich im Übrigen sehr!) Die Unterkunft besticht durch die tolle Außenküche (welche je nach Auslastung durch einen der Mieter genutzt werden kann), den Garten und den wunderschönen, nicht verbauten Blick in die Natur. Besonderes I-Tüpfelchen ist der Whirlpool, der diesen Ausblick auch mit blubberndem Wasser verbindet. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Direkt nebenan ist eine weitere Air-BnB Wohnung und Bernada wohnt ebenfalls nebenan. Bis bald! ❤

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

Υπεροχη τοποθεσία για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με πολλές παροχές και όμορφη θέα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν φιλικη και μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι και να χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξανά επιστρέφαμε!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in einem liebevoll renovierten alten Haus direkt im kleinen Hafen des malerischen Dorfes Volosko. Von jedem Zimmer aus sieht man das Meer. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön. In der Nähe der Wohnung findet man Restaurants, Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten. Von hier kann man über die Strandpromenade nach Opatija gehen. Petra war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Große Empfehlung!

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Strand und zurück ist zu Fuß erreichbar, man sollte eine Grundfitness mitbringen, da ein Anstieg vorhanden ist.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Gal gave very clear check-in instructions and left us some complimentary goodies. There are tons of towels and supplies. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There’s a great, private eating area out back. The views of the castle during the day and lit up at night are memorable. The adventure park is about a three-minute walk (the toboggan is so much fun!), and the lake, market and lots of restaurant options are nearby and only a short walk. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to almost everything we did without having to drive. Gal was a very friendly and responsive host and gave us a great affordable restaurant recommendation. So happy we stayed here!

Wir waren zu 6. im Haus für zwei Nächte. Es war wirklich wunderbar. Man hat alles was man braucht, das Haus ist gut erreichbar. Die Location ist super und das Beste ist natürlich der Blick zum See vom Balkon. Wirklich sehr sehr schön. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Es handelt sich hier um eine kleine Oase. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ferienhäusschen mit Aussenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, enorm sauber und bietet mehr als die nötige Ausstattung. Sehr empfehlenswert - gerne wieder 😁🇭🇷❤️.

Rene was a very welcoming and professional host. He readily provided my mother and I maps and was willing to offer recommendations for the local area. The apartment is in a beautiful area and very close to the sea for a swim. It was very good value for money and somewhere I'd definitely love to re-visit.

We loved our stay! The home was just as shown, and we were very comfortable. The walk down to the river is not very difficult. If you go across the bridge, you can keep walking up to the church you can see from the patio. We already miss the patio and its view! The home is also ideally located for taking in Soca Valley. Glad we chose to stay here!

Fantastiskt ställe. Vår värd var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi fick flera trevliga mejl med information kring det vi behövde veta och det som stod ut lite extra vad den goda tonen. Alltid ett vänligt ord vilket uppskattas. Huset var centralt, det fanns möjligheter att laga mat, vilket är en stor fördel när man är i Italien och har så mycket goda råvaror att välja på. Lägenheten var ren och fin.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und hatten hier eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Zeit. Der Fluss vor dem Haus lädt zum täglichen Baden ein, es gibt etliche Wanderwege in der Umgebung, wir waren Kanufahren, haben Museen besichtigt und haben Weingüter besucht. Das Tal bietet aber viele weitere Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel Angeln, Radfahren oder Rafting. Die Natur ist atemberaubend. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli in questo appartamento. La casa è tranquilla, curata nei dettagli e perfettamente pulita. Cristina, la proprietaria, è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Ottima anche la posizione: facile raggiungere le principali attrazioni sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. Consigliato a chi cerca relax senza rinunciare alla comodità di spostarsi facilmente!

Review #1 of 2: After booking Davorka's place once, I immediately booked again! It's hard to imagine a more generous and kindly AirBnB host, who was willing to help at every turn. As I'll describe in a subsequent review, the location in Rijeka's scenic Pećine neighborhood is stellar given the proximity to urban beaches and other amenities. And Davorka and Miki were hosts who took their craft to another level—whether by helping with laundry, late night cab rides, or even a timely conversation about planning further travel. Given her experience in the University of Rijeka's tourism faculty, Davorka and I had numerous conversations about what constitutes substantive hosting and teaching and their parallels (I'm employed in the latter industry). In short, it was a great pleasure to stay chez Miki and Davorka, and I'll be sure to recommend them again!

schöne kleine ruhige Wohnung mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Wohnung wirkt auf dem Fotos größer als sie ist. Sehr schön mit vielen Details eingerichtete Wohnung. Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen - dazu muss man aber auch 2-3 min zu Fuß vom Parkplatz laufen.

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.
