Boendet har egen ingång, privat badrum och ett mysigt sovrum med kontinentalsäng och matplats. I köksvrån finns kyl & micro (ingen ugn / spis), samt diverse maskiner som förgyller er frukost, varav den viktigaste kanske är kaffekokaren? Och kaffe ingår. Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Enjoy a stylish experience at a private guesthouse in a quiet part of Malmo, about 25 min by buss #5 till central station. The guesthouse is fully equipped with: 1 double bed or 2 beds، Sofa Lots of shops and restaurant near by Air conditioner Free wifi/ TV… You will be offered free coffee, tea and water. Välkomna till oss mitt i pittoreska Limhamn, ett lugnt område precis vid havet. Här finns massa restauranger, caféer och mataffärer. Bussar går ofta och tar dig överallt på under en kvart. I gäststugan finns allt du behöver för en din vistelse, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, snabbt wifi, köksvrå, dusch och badrum. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
