Holiday rentals with a patio in Vinhomes Central Park, Phường 22

Apartment was clean and the staff in the lobby were very friendly and responsive. The immediate vicinity doesn't have much going on, if you're like me and like to walk around, exploring cafes and restaurants. However, it's a short grab ride away from the major areas. Also, the sheets are not changed during cleaning days.

Mila is very responsive except for one time. Even though it was written in the fine print the registration requirement for using swimming pool. We thought this point maybe highlighted as it is part of the advertisement. We ended up cannot use any facility as it needs to preregistration 3 days before using. Other wise the view and facility are excellent.

Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

This property is in a modern residential complex with a lot of infrastructure. There are shops, coffee shops, restaurants, parks. Special attention should be paid to the shopping center, which is two minutes away. The apartment was very clean with a beautiful view. Definitely recommend staying here! We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful with booking and throughout the stay with a great apartment. The location is perfect for lots of amenities and the building is well managed with great facilities - 100% recommend.

Nice place, only one pillow per person and bed was a little too hard for our liking but he had a solution right away. A bit far to walk to the main part of district 1 but there are also coffee shops and resto near the place. Overall it was a great place.

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

The apartment was exactly what it looked like on pictures when we walked inside. It was super spacious, clean and new with everything that we need for the stay. The location of the apartment is only 10 minutes away by car from the main attractions in the city. And you can find some nice restaurants within the estate which we have tried during our short stay. Most importantly the host was super helpful in providing help and information to us from our initial Enquiry to check in and check out. Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone traveling in a large group when visiting HCMC.

It was such a good stay for my little family. Felt like home for us, especially travelling with an infant.
