Holiday rentals with a patio in Vinhomes Central Park, Phường 22

Mila is very responsive except for one time. Even though it was written in the fine print the registration requirement for using swimming pool. We thought this point maybe highlighted as it is part of the advertisement. We ended up cannot use any facility as it needs to preregistration 3 days before using. Other wise the view and facility are excellent.

Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

This property is in a modern residential complex with a lot of infrastructure. There are shops, coffee shops, restaurants, parks. Special attention should be paid to the shopping center, which is two minutes away. The apartment was very clean with a beautiful view. Definitely recommend staying here! Thank you so much for a nice stay!

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Great apartment walkable distance to restaurants , convenience stores and main attractions. Being located in District One means tours will pick you up out front which is super convenient. Host really responsive ; kindly gave us a late check out for a small fee.

I enjoyed staying at Thuan's place. The place is clean and well-organized. Location is very convenient for shopping, eating, and hanging out. It's also not too far from the district 1. I felt comfortable as at home when staying here. Would recommend to friends and family.

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. For who smoke, the house have 2 outside smoking area, one place right outside the maindoor on the ground floor and bigger one on the

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

Great location, great community, most importantly great views. It was a great 5day fleet away holiday in Saigon. We are glad choose this sky house. My brother and I were enjoyed the whole duration!
