Great cost-benefit! Comfortable house with 4 suites, the house is inside the city of Vinhedo and has a beautiful view of the balcony! Casa has a game room, swimming pool and tennis court. What we liked the most were the two dogs in the house, Ofra and Frodo, they are very nice and affectionate, they were our company of the whole holiday, we were sad at the time of leaving, I hope they take great care of them as we took care of ourselves in these 4 days. I recommend the house to everyone!

The house is new, exactly as in the photos and clean. Notice the care they take. And Daniel is extremely attentive, he responded promptly and did everything to make us feel at ease. I'll be right back!! A perfect 10!!

Comfortable location, strategic location for those who go to the parks, the house is 25 minutes from both Hopi hari and wet'n wild, clean house with good access and attentive host. I liked it a lot! I highly recommend it!

I rented this chacara to spend the pascoa with my family after more than a year without seeing them, as I live outside of Brazil. Maurilio and his mae are gentle and flexible and did everything to provide us with a great stay. The place is too beautiful and we saw even a toucan flying. The only negative point and the neighbor that has many dogs and to realize that the dogs need attention and come to the chacara to fetch. My sugestao would be a portao or fence in the part that interconnects the two parts of the house. I also suggest that there is a wall mount for fan and air conditioning control, and transformers for electronic devices not to be damaged in storms. :) My family had a very happy time in this place and the children loved swimming in the pool, even though it was not a very hot time.

It was perfect, it accommodated me and my family very well, we had fun, the pool is very good. Everything was clean and organized 🥰

Conrado's house offers an exceptional level of comfort and coziness, with carefully decorated and furnished rooms. The privacy and tranquility provided by the house are other important points. Everything works perfectly well, the cleanliness of the house was excellent, as well as the care with the towels and sheets, everything smelling like fabric softener. You'll feel like you're in your own home. The listing photos are beautiful, but in person the space is even more beautiful and charming. We had a very pleasant weekend with 16 people and we already want to go back. Many thanks to Conrado and Thaís.

I was very satisfied! The house is very comfortable, airy, the neighborhood is quiet. The bed is very soft, clean and fragrant. The bathroom is very airy and the shower is very good! The garage doesn't fit bigger cars, but the car I was using fit. I highly recommend it!

I was in the space rented by Ralf during an extended holiday and it was the best experience I could have chosen, between the region of Campinas, the vineyard and São Paulo. The space is simply impeccable, it looks like a movie scene. Ralf is super helpful and careful. And the location is perfect both for enjoying a time of peace, deep silence, a lot of comfort, and for accessing the gigantic cultural centers in the Campinas region and nearby São Paulo due to the perfect location for quick travel on the highways. Highly recommended.

I only stayed one night, but the owner Regina is super available and attentive. The house is super cozy, fragrant and inviting. There were 3 of us and it accommodated us comfortably. I recommend it 👏🏻
