The best thing is, just 1 min walk to Coopmart which is located inside Sense City - a shopping centre with a cinema for the days you feel like an escape from the famous Vietnamese chaos . Far from center around 10 min by motobike. My house is lovely design and enough for family group with 2 bed room and 2 bathroom with big living room.
