A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Stay directly at Svendborgsund and go to the city center and the harbor. Make use of the many social and cultural experiences the city and the archipelago offer. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Yderligere er der et tekøkken, hvor man kan lave sig en kop te eller kaffe. Der er også tilhørende minikøleskab. Værelserne har begge nye kvalitets senge samt eget smart tv. Der er egen indgang og god plads til at parkere. Man må meget gerne nyde haven ,hvor der er en sofagruppe samt nedgravet trampolin og gynge.
