Veranda with undisturbed location in the courtyard. Fishing opportunities right outside the living room window. Of course, there is some noise from the nearby lock and bridge. It can be arranged for rent of a boat in supplement upon request. Mooring berth with cold water inlet on the quay. Toilet in the cabin. In the garage there is a washing machine and one small bathroom with shower and toilet.

The house is in a great location next to the salmon river that runs through Vikedalsdalen. Vikedalselva provides good fishing or swimming opportunities if fishing conditions are not present. It is possible to fish during the fishing season in the period 15.06 - 15.08 when buying a fishing license (NB! Monday - Tuesday protected for fishing). The area also has good hiking opportunities, where, among other things, the trip up to Skomakernibba is close by. Other recommended hikes include Lysenuten, Roalkvamsnuten and Bjørndalen

Here there are good opportunities for hiking and relaxing 2 hours drive to Trolltunga. 40 min to Himakånå, Nedstrand. 40 min. to "Høyt and Lavt" climbing park, Nedstrand. About 30 minutes from Haugesund. 2 hours from Stavanger. It is possible to take a day trip to Preikestolen. 15 minutes to Tyshostunet Kulturhus, with swimming facilities, library and cinema. 15 min to Aksdal Senter.

Området ligger solrikt til, i et stille område med utsikt over fjord og fjell. Du kan fiske eller bade i sjøen, eller kanskje du vil prøve SUP-brett, padle kajakk eller ut med båt. Det er en stor terrasse med sittegrupper, solsenger, grill og utestue. Det finnes også et eget trimrom. Vi har fire soverom med soveplass til 12 personer. (Det er en utleid leilighet i kjelleren). Det er tilgang på område med strand og brygge ved sjøen. Velkommen til en aktiv eller avslappende ferie!

The rental fee includes two kayaks, a boat and fishing poles. Daycruiser (19ft/90Hp) available for experienced captains

Skipavåg/Vikedal - amazing view by the lake

Cabin with fantastic location and view in Skipavåg in the innermost part of Vindafjord. The cabin is newly renovated in 2021. The cabin is about 60 m2, has large living room, two bedrooms, cozy kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, large terrace with superstructure and view of the fjord! Hot water is provided (tank 120 l). The cabin has its own parking for two cars 50 meters from the cabin. Two kayaks are available if you want a paddle ride in the sea!

Recharge your batteries at our unique and quiet accommodation in Skånevik. Only two kilometers from the center you will find our beautiful pearl Solstad. No noise from traffic or neighbours, lovely little cottage with large terraces and a view straight out into three fjords. A small path next to the cabin follows you a few meters down to the wooden wharf and a small motorboat which can be rented upon request.

It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
