Tout s’est super bien passé ! Matthieu est un hôte attentionné. L’appartement était comme décrit. Spacieux et confortable, dans un quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Je recommande ++

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr netten Umgebung direkt beim Kanal. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sylvains Nachbar in Empfang genommen. Auch beim späten Check-out war Sylvain sehr entgegenkommend.

An absolute GEM of a place. The view is incredible. The town square is SO adorable and has fabulous restaurants. It can get hot in Paris without AC but she provided lots of fans and dark drapes which was so helpful. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and it was such a unique apartment with so many thoughtful details. She was a fabulous host and I am so glad she shares her home because it truly was the loveliest spot to stay. One thing to note is that if you have mobility issues it is on the top floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are original and beautiful though. I would 100,000% tell any of my friends and family to stay here.

Overall Gilian was a great host and this Airbnb was a great spot in Paris, it was very safe and the neighborhood is great. The room fits 4-5 people well.

Extremely good located apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. There are cool bars in the street and right behind the corner there is a great, 19th century restaurant where you can taste French cuisine Place des Vosges is just there, you have around 10-15 minutes of a nice walk to Hotel de Ville, Centre Pompidou or Les Halles, if you like to walk it is also very cool to walk to Latin Quarter from here :) Metro connections from Place de la Bastille are great, especially line 8 because of it’s route- in the same direction you can get to Opera or Invalides which is really cool, the line is actually a connection between the south east and south west of Paris. The apartment is quiet and interior is very nice, the bed is great which was very important to me as I used to walk 17-25km every day Bruno is easy going person, you can ask him for help or advice, and also he was kind enough to let me to put the luggage inside 4 hours before check in :) and 5 after check out

房源位置很好，在巴士地广场附近步行5分钟内，周围美食很多，交通玛黑区公交通行很方便，搭地铁去市区卢浮宫附近也非常方便。 最重要的是房东人很好，非常的热情。我们入住时，因为一些小问题跟房东通了电话，房东非常耐心的解决了，然后还很热情的给我们推荐了很多附近的好吃的好玩的，而且房东得知我们是中国人，以后非常的开心，也对我们格外的热情。总的来说是一次很好的入住体验。 （唯一一个缺点是房屋的隔音稍微差一点，不过小区整体还是挺安静的）

This a wonderful space to have be home base for your Paris adventures. We walked a lot during our short stay, seeing all the major attractions and even more lesser known areas. Carole was amazingly helpful and friendly. We arrived in a foreign city where we knew no one and Carole made us like we had an old friend at our side.

Fabulous apartment in a terrific neighborhood. Quiet. Spacious. Super quiet with no street noise as it essentially opens to a courtyard on both sides. High ceilings and great natural light. AC. Non-smoking which is a bonus in Paris. Super clean with brand new remodel and responsive host. I would not hesitate to share at here again. It was also nice that the toilet was separated from the bedroom vanity/bathtub and that was separated from the shower so with a family of 3 it didn’t feel at all like we were sharing a bathroom. If you close the doors and curtains to the bedroom it creates total privacy. Yes you will need to walk up two flights of stairs but it’s Paris so that’s to be expected. Squeaky clean. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at.

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment! The photos and description are accurate and the downstairs is very spacious. The children's bedroom and toys were perfect for our 5 and 8 year olds, and the outside courtyard was also useful. It's an easy 10 min walk to the metro and then on to central Paris. The Stalingrad park near the metro has a great playground for children and the Franprix supermarket in the same area is also good. We didn't eat out locally but found the apartment a great base for exploring Paris, and much more reasonable in price (plus parking!) than places closer in. The owners sent clear helpful instructions and were available if needed.

We loved our stay in Paris and Oscar's apartment. The location in the 20th arrondissement is a working class and non-touristy area, which we liked. We were a party of 4 and stayed for 3 nights at the end of our trip to France. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Oscar met us in person and provided an orientation to the apartment. We also loved that we didn't need keys for the door lock and used an App to lock and unlock the door. The apartment is as depicted in the pictures and each bedroom has its own air conditioner. Thank you for a great stay Oscar!

Fantastic - Linh was a great host, very responsive and gave great local recommendations. Nice interior, comfortable stay, great location! Close to the street so can hear noise at night sometimes but this didn’t bother us, is a relatively quiet street so noise was minimal. Thanks for the lovely stay!

For us it was the perfect place to spend a week in Paris. The appartment is well situated and perfectly equipped. Thanks to the conversation with Virginie we felt very welcomed.

This apartment is located in a very peaceful area of Le Marais. Irena was very cordial and helpful. We could leave our luggage before check-in time and go for a walking tour. She gave us a portable WiFi device as well. The apartment has two bathrooms (showers) and two separate toilets; two queen size traditional beds in two rooms; two ACs in one bedroom and in the lounge; there is no AC in the basement bedroom. The road-level bedroom has very little space to open your large suitcase; but the basement bedroom is quite large. Metro stations - Arts et Metiers, Temple and Republique are 5 mins walk away. Two fantastic Boulangeries are practically next door - Ernest & Valentin and Fabienne & Stephane. The Arts et Metiers museum is next door and it houses the original Foucault's pendulum. La Ruee vers l'orange a quiet pub next door serves a huge variety of beers. Both Rue Monrgueil and Rue Rambuteau are 15 mins away and a must visit for all the restaurrants, grocery stores and pastry shops.

Wir wurden sehr nett und persönlich an der Unterkunft empfangen. Es war ein Early Check-In möglich. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und etwas ganz besonderes! Man fühlt sich sehr heimlich. Die Lage war super und es gab mehrere Bus und Metro Stationen in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
