Holiday rentals with lake access in Vincennes

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great apartment for those wishing to stay close to Orly airport. The apartment is small but very practical, with all the features in a quiet and quiet area. As for the landlord I have no doubt that he is an excellent person, very friendly and helpful. We made the most of it being a professional taxi driver and at a fair price took us to the places we wanted. It was excellent. Thank you Fatah.

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.

Ana was so responsive from the moment I contacted her and even adjusted the availability on the days so that we could stay for the time we had planned. Her apartment is lovely, bright, quiet and comfortable. The area has a warm and inviting community feel with a lovely clean main street full of boutique shops, cafe’s, groceries which is so pleasant to take a stroll down. It’s nice being out of the centre of Paris and is perfect for young children as there is a huge park close by with lots of things to do including a zoo, theme park and lakes to go boating on. I would highly recommend staying here as the area is lovely and quiet, the apartment is beautiful and homely and Ana is the perfect host, who went out of her way to help us throughout and after our stay.

We enjoyed the stay, Philippe is very responsive and was very accommodating with the arrival time. The location is very convenient, a stone's throw from the metro, at the foot of the Bois de Vincennes, with enough shops for the most part. It suited us well as a family with a small child.

Sophie’s Shoebox in the sky is a special gift to visitors to Paris. The 19th Arr. is a perfect escape from the tourist hoods of Paris. To ‘live like a local’ in a quiet, sensitively designed apartment where the amenities and views are perfect & close to the metro, best food and the stunning park makes a Paris experience a unique and treasured experience. Tessa’s place is spacious and feels like home! It is light and airy and has several good size bedrooms, allowing a family to stay there comfortably. The kitchen and the shower are both well-equipped. The apartment is decorated with a nice / fun touch! It is close to several food stores and restaurants. The bus number 118 stops a few yards away from the property. The bus runs quite frequently and takes people right to Metro, RER and a great shopping area near the Chateau de Vincennes with many restaurants and cafes. Tessa and her husband are great hosts and above all very kind and delightful individuals! They helped us out with anything that we needed to stay at their place comfortably. They gave us precious tips about the bus system, metro and RER. My husband and I strongly recommend Tessa’s place and Tessa as a host!!

The room was cozy, very neat and clean, check-in was easy and flexible and the area really quiet. Bouba and Miisa were really kind and hospitable, so we had a completely stress-free vacation. Bouba and Miisa also kindly helped and advised in all other matters, so that we could definitely get the most out of our holiday trip. They also always answered our questions very quickly. Excellent value for money, I recommend and would be very happy to come again, 6/5👌🏻

My last visit to the "City of Love" was still from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. Accordingly, I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and eager about the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand, it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also very suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank them both for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very friendly host.
