Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

We could walk to many museums from the apartment. Decent restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious. Alix was very responsive to our inquiries and gave great advice. This was a great place to stay in comfort while visiting and exploring Paris!

Serene and cosy apartment with a gorgeous view of the surrounding neighbourhood. It’s situated right in the middle of the city, with quick and easy access either on foot or via public transport around greater Paris. Emilien was a great host who was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions! Would love to stay again upon our next visit.

Loved our stay at Chanjuan's place. Apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. Pretty much half way between 2 metro stations so easy to get anywhere you need in the city. Plenty hot water and lovely to have two big windows. Chanjuan gave lots of good recommendations too!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, faut comprendre que nous louons un appartement de quelqu’un qui y habite, donc bcp d’effets personnels y sont présents….un ventilateur dans la chambre a coucher aurait été apprécié , la terrasse était fort appréciée le temps de l’apéro, malheureusement pour nous le matin c’était trop froid pour y prendre le café, secteur plus que charmant, bus et métro facile d’accès, Est ce que je recommande=Oui Est ce que j’y retournerais =Oui

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Her şey çok güzeldi. Kendi evimiz gibi rahattık. Ayrı bir girişi olması baş başa kalmak çok değerliydi. Şehir merkezine 40 dk da ulaştık. Aktarmalar arası yürüyüş yok denecek kadar az. Her haliyle çok iyiydi.

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos garçons! Ils en ont pris plein les yeux (nous aussi d’ailleurs !) et se sont amusés sans interruption de l’arrivée au départ ! Hôte très accueillant et réactif. Merci pour ce super séjour et sûrement à bientôt !

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is echt enorm goed. Didier is een super host. Reageerde snel, kwam zelf met tips over ons verblijf en was erg vriendelijk en ontspannen. Het verblijf mocht wel iets schoner zijn bij aankomst, maar was geen groot probleem. Al met al een super verblijf gehad!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Paris! Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage war super, wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrik war einfach und freundlich, er hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und alles ausführlich erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Mine was a last-minute booking, and I had informed Lien about my allergies, asking her to double-check the cleanliness if possible. She made sure to give the please "an extra scrub" the way I had asked her to. Her manner of communication was extremely proactive throughout, and she ensured that she was there in person to receive me and followed up regularly till I arrived. Her house is located in a secure building and is beautiful, calming, and impeccably well-kept with both bath & kitchen essentials, and all subscriptions on the TV. She even provides high-quality slippers that her guests can wear inside the house. The bathrooms are quite small and a little difficult to manoeuvre in terms of space, but that does not detract from the upkeep and comforts the house offers. It's more about how space is scarce in Paris. It's in a wonderful area, with easy connections, but also lovely to simply amble around. I would definitely stay here when I return to Paris and recommend it to everyone.

Studio propre et agréable à vivre. Je l'ai trouvé un peu plus spacieux qu'il n'en a l'air sur les photos. Bien placé pour accès à pied de la gare, petits commerces, centre commercial, lac, hopital, et incontournable marché de Sarcelles! J'ai beaucoup apprécié le ventilateur par ces fortes chaleurs. Merci 🙂

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

We, my boyfriend and I, enjoyed our stay at Elies‘ place a lot. It’s more than a place to sleep — it was a way to belong in Paris, even if just for couple of days. We liked the interior a lot, felt very french and artsy. It looked like on the pictures. It was super clean. Some 6-7 minutes walk to the underground station Gambetta. We were also at the café downstairs several times during the day and in the evening and felt very local and enjoyed the nice vibes. Thank you for being part of this nice Paris experience.

Sweet host, wonderful location and tidy house. 최고의 숙소입니다!!! 한국인분들께 좋은 인상을 받으신 것 같다고 해서 더더 깨끗이 사용하고 나왔습니다 ㅎㅎ 침구 쇼파커버 수건 매번 세탁하시는 것 같습니다 아주 향기롭고 깨끗했어요... 유일한 아쉬움은 에어컨이 없다는 것 (프랑스는 다 그렇지만요) 한 여름에는 조금 더울수 있어요 ㅎㅎ 18-30도 안팎의 날씨에는 덥지 않았습니다 ㅎㅎ
