Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Located 25 minutes from Lisieux and 45 minutes from Cabourg. In the heart of the Pays d 'Auge, country of the camembert (5 km away) and the Livarot (10km away). Country also of cider and calvados . Small independent house in the property. Outdoor spaces are shared with the family home as well as parking lots that can accommodate possibly two guest vehicles. Pets are allowed but although fenced the garden is not totally closed. The portal remains open.
