Archana's place is neat and clean having all the required amenities. Archana is a wonderful host & is very prompt in her communication. She makes you feel at home. We had a fantastic stay at this charming row house! The space was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Hrishi was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the convenient location—close to local restaurants, shops, and Phoenix. It truly felt like a home away from home, so much so we ended up extending our stay. This place brings in soo many memories as I stayed in and around the same area during my college days! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I recently stayed at this 2 BHK apartment and had a comfortable and pleasant experience overall. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, with all basic amenities in place. Both bedrooms were adequately sized, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The apartment is located in a convenient neighborhood—easily accessible to shops, cafes, and transport. Security and privacy were well taken care of, which added to the peace of mind during our stay.

Overall experience was good, but few things need to be take care of. Most important, there is a camera in the hall facing the door. Although camera does not cover any of the rooms, it is common knowledge that the camera has microphones so privacy does get intruded, ideally the camera should be outside the main door. A few more utensils including a microwave would be better. Previous experience with Airbnb is the utensils and dishes are being washed by the caretaker, in this case Priyanka informed that we need to do it. If you have XUV or big sedan, you will need extremely high skills to reach the alloted parking in the lower basement to ensure you reach without scraping your car due to the narrow and faulty design of the path. Driving since 25 years, but still I had to reverse 2-3 times to reach and exit from the parking.

It was a comfortable stay, highly approved safety. Everything was neat and clean and the host is very sweet, easy to reach!

The early morning sun rise from the bedroom balcony was treat to eye. Perfect location and good view

Nice house for a family to stay in Bavdhan area. There is play area in society for kids to spend time. The balcony has nice nature view. The only issue is that there is connectivity issue with Airtel in that area. Ketaki is very kind and responds quickly to queries. She was flexible with check out and that helped a lot.

It is awesome accommodation and I had senior citizens with me, they enjoyed the ambience and surroundings. Yash is very responsive and helpful and accommodated my request for late checkout. Overall it is great place to stay.
