Half-timbered house located 10 minutes from the A13 and 19 km from Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg and Houlgate. The house was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. Le Bon Accueil (it's the name of the house since its construction) will seduce you with its personalized decor and its inscription in the history of the village. This fisherman's house (all in height), renovated on 3 levels, is old (tomettes, stairs and wooden floors). I'm a frequent goer, so she's very much alive. The courtyard and 2nd floor terrace are pleasant. It is located steps from the sea, restaurants and shops, and a few km from Trouville and Honfleur.
