Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Villeneuve-la-Garenne

I stayed in the apartment offered by Elodie during my participation in Vivatech! easy access via the metro and bus line! Restaurants and shops nearby until 11 p.m.! the apartment with its small terrace was just beautiful... and Elodie in proactive mode! highly recommend!

Elena's apartment was perfect as a starting point for a trip to Paris. Easily accessible by car and very quiet. The apartment itself was super clean and furnished with everything we needed. We liked our morning coffee on the small balcony - we almost felt like locals! We stayed there 2 nights as a family with 3 children and we had enough space, felt very comfortable. Elena is a very nice and helpful host. She always responded very quickly and was very flexible and uncomplicated. We would love to come back and can highly recommend Elena and her apartment. Thank you for everything, dear Elena!💕

I recommend. Melanie is a good host, the apartment is very nice, as described and with photos. everything you need in this apartment was: washing machine and laundry capsules, dishwasher and tablets for it, kitchen equipment full, you can cook freely, iron, ironing board, dryer, and even board games. Instructions for getting there, clear and concise, we entered without any problems. There is also a terrace where you can read a book or have your morning coffee. Contact with Melanie is excellent. In the area there is a flea market, if someone likes, they can search for pearls there. 13 minutes walk to the subway, 15 minutes. In the area there are cafes, pubs and bakeries. I highly recommend 🙂

Transportation is very convenient, the subway station and bus are right in front of the door.Great for a short stay in Paris.The host is very nice, responds quickly, and also provided us with luggage storage.

Wonderful spot to stay at! The neighborhood is quite clean and the blackout curtains in the room were perfect. Very accessible by public transportation.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Had a great time at this place! Everything was as described. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to amenities. Special mention to the host, very responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!

Great value for money and urban location

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Bertrand was very kind to us for the flexible check-in hours and gave us all the necessary information for our arrival. The accommodation is clean and very well located, close to the metro. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon!

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
