Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

The accommodation, although small, is very functional and just as charming. he is also very well positioned in Paris and Thomas is very responsive to answer questions.

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

It was very good to stay in Isabelle's apartment. Fully furnished with a nice balcony for breakfast in the morning sun. Metro within walking distance, via park to University. Cozy cafes and restaurants on Place de Rungis with eettopper Le Dôme de Rungis. Isabelle was very helpful with instructions, also when driving in and out of the parking garage. A wonderful stay in the 13th of Paris.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is decorated with great taste but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and gives off an atmosphere of tranquility. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angelique is very welcoming and friendly.

Incredible stay at Josianne's, who is really the perfect host, welcoming and smiling. There are several accommodation possibilities on the site, which is exceptional and so well equipped! We immediately felt at home. I highly recommend the address and we can't wait to come back. Thanks again to Josianne for her kindness and professionalism.

A perfect stay! The apartment is exactly as described: clean, well decorated, comfortable and very well located. It feels like home. It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

They always responded quickly to our messages and even left products for breakfast. The place is quiet, with shopping centers, a library, a swimming pool, and many other amenities nearby. The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

Great stay at this property. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear, with photos. Host very responsive to messages. Clean apartment, clean sheets and towels. Very popular underground parking space. Quiet building, a few steps from the RER train station, it's perfect.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
