This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I knew it was going to be an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated with exquisite taste. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a luxurious experience. The location is perfect, with a breathtaking view of the river. The owner is friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The pool and garden are an oasis in the middle of the village. In short, this accommodation is a real gem. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality experience and exceptional service. Don't miss the chance to stay here! Without a doubt, one of the sunrises for its most beautiful views that I have ever lived, I will come back very often, if it is free, because when people know it will be complicated, given the charming of everything, the owner, the surroundings, the tranquility..., little more to say , an experience as I said at the beginning unforgettable.

Fluent communication at all times with the host, easy arrival at the accommodation... quiet area... Regarding the house, I have to say that it grabs you from the moment you enter. Everything is clean and tidy, no detail was missing. It's very large, ideal for groups and families, and also for couples, which was my case. We had a fantastic weekend. We loved everything, but especially the patio, where you can breathe peace and tranquility. Each corner excites you more, the colorful plants with flowers, the birds singing and the sound of the fountain water. It simply grabs you, and you don't want to leave. Then it has a pool to cool off, and a barbecue to enjoy a good wood-fired menu. Everything is 10/10, perfect. We'll repeat very soon. Very, very advisable.

In this house we find what we are looking for, privacy, countryside and pool to spend a few days away from the city. We were with children and they were not bored at any time, there were board games, swings, rackets and Ping pong to pass the time. The house is away from the village and other houses so you don't bother anyone at any time. Very nice welcome from Jorge who explained everything to us quickly and did not stop worrying about us, apart from having us prepared some fresh beers as we arrived to have them while we put everything. Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

The house is spotless!!! It's all new and with all the facilities you can imagine. Abel was 10 super attentive, willing to help in everything and facilitate the stay. The house is ready to take in a lot of people, both outside, (where we BBQ and ate because it made us a luxurious day) and inside. It has 11 super spacious rooms, all with their bathrooms, sheets, bedspreads and towels. Undoubtedly to repeat.

It wasn't too bad not being able to enjoy the house and the surroundings anymore as we were almost all the time out. We'd love to repeat.

The rental house was very nice, clean and well equipped. It has the charm of old houses, but with the comforts of modern houses. The owners, who live on the upper floor, welcomed us very pleasantly. Alarcón is a small, beautiful town with a lot of history and a thousand wonderful places to discover. Would come back again!

We were very comfortable in the house. It is renovated and has all the necessary amenities to spend a perfect few days. Communication with José Vicente has been easy and smooth. We will be back!

Enrique is a caring and very kind host. Very good experience. The house is cozy and very clean. With all the comforts and ideal for children. That breakfast is included is a detail. We'll be back for sure.

I stayed with some friends for the old night and everything was great!

The house is great. We thought it was bigger and cooler than in the photos. We were very comfortable and they were so kind to leave us all the firewood we needed. We had a barbecue in a booth they have for that and it was great. I can't say anything about the jacuzzi because it was out of service. To say the least, we miss more kitchenware. More types of glasses, large ones for ice and rum and coke, wine glasses, and various utensils such as a grater or potato peeler. But if they fix this, the house is to be repeated. In fact, we might.

What a great find, very quiet, and completely self-sustainable, so you can really unwind and relax here, between the olive trees and small vineyards. Han was great! As soon as we booked, he contacted us with directions and gave us great tips on what to do and where to find everything. The house has everything you need, it is super clean, and they run everything on solar power, really cool... We will definitely go back. If you book this place, get ready for some serious off-the-grid time (although they also offer wifi, if you need it!)

House is very new, clean and well-kept. It has several TVs and A/C splits. The spacious and comfortable rooms. The 3 bathrooms are complete and also new. The kitchen although somewhat narrow is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, coffee maker, a large fridge, and a lot of well-maintained utensils. The BBQ is large, separate and has utensils for cooking large paellas. The only downside is that the common spaces are not too spacious for large groups, but enough. Totally recommended.

Great house with fantastic views. The ideal place to unwind! We were only there for a weekend, but it was ideal for the whole family, including our dog, who could run around freely in the garden, as everything is well fenced. The house remains very pleasantly cool even in high heat. And Maria Antonia is a hostess you couldn't wish for better.
