Beautiful and comfortable hallway house. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always room for parking. Maria is very attentive and friendly. Safe and well-lit place at night. We love it. Super recommended.

The hosts are very attentive and friendly, the area is very quiet to walk although it is difficult to locate a little. It has some breweries nearby, and a 20/30 minute walk you can get to the Hippodrome or the Unicenter.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

Being at home… everything super equipped, the kitchen, the laundry room, the terrace… we had a beautiful climate that allowed us to enjoy the patio and the terrace. The house has details that make you feel comfortable and relaxed, The shower in the master bathroom is a 10 ❤️ The comfortable bed, and a dream guarded space. Stick to a warehouse to solve daily shopping And just a few blocks from a new restaurant and bar space. The Paz house is large comfortable and invites you to rest, eat an asado and enjoy with family or friends. The safe and quiet area.

The apartment is very warm and cozy. Everything is in its place, everything shines, and there is no doubt that Fernando is in every detail and makes everything neat and tidy. The area is very good, as there is absolutely everything around the accommodation (day and night). Fernando is a super host: Always on the phone to help you with anything. I had a delay in my agreed check-in time and it gave me peace of mind. It was a pleasure to find this accommodation and these people. I would not hesitate to stay there again and I recommend it to those who are hesitant to do so.

We liked the apartment very much, it is very comfortable, warm, cozy, spacious, and has a lot of light. But the main disadvantage is the railway right under the windows and the trains that run both day and night, so if you don't mind this rumble of trains both day and night - I think you will be satisfied with the apartment. It was a very good experience. Villa Urquiza is beautiful neighborhood. We have boys and the plaza a metros from the dpto was a big draw. It's full of bars and cafes. The neighborhood is beautiful! Super Recommended.

We loved it, we were very comfortable, we were not cold, the bathroom extras, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer were a plus that I did not expect, and it is very practical. The building itself is very quiet, and easily accessible, we always find parking in the area. We will return for future visits to Buenos Aires

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well cared for. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
