Waterfront holiday rentals in Villa Rosa

At Cecilia's terrace you are greeted with so much warmth and cordiality as if you were longtime friends. Unfortunately, we delayed our arrival and were unable to meet Cecilia personally, but her friend Florida replaced her very well, very helpful and kind. The penthouse is wonderful, spacious, bright, cozy, super clean and equipped with everything. Cecilia was very present from the first contacts and also during our stay she was a point of reference. Thank you for everything Cecilia, you will always be in my heart!

The apartment is located in a side street on the waterfront, so it is quiet and sheltered from traffic but in a very central position. A stone's throw from the city's streets and attractions, as well as the beach. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a beach holiday, we really enjoyed this aspect. The only thing that we Italians always notice is the lack of coffee, 😂 despite the presence of a coffee maker. The house is clean and check-in is completely autonomous. Super recommended!

Alessandro’s accomodation was beautiful and located next to the beach. Alessandro was helpful in every way and made our stay easy and pleasant. The place offered comfort and everything we needed.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon! We had an amazing time at Leonardo’s place. It was very spacious and the location cannot be beat. We will definitely return in the summer when we can use the beach. A wonderful time!

Lovely house with very nice garden to relax in. Within walking distance to bars; restaurants and the beach. Bus into Pescara only takes about 5 minutes.

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish decor. Thoughtful with storage for clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and a rain shower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can only recommend it. It is a very nice and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

I am a difficult customer as I travel with 5 dachshunds who are very reactive dogs. Emilia and her son Lorenzo are exquisite people. Housing: a large studio apartment with a breathtaking window. Garden: garden dedicated to the house, well fenced. Parking: in the area facing the entrance of the house. Surrounding area: a large garden of the villa of Emilia with games for children and many animals. Surroundings: the hamlet of Montepagano di Roseto, which I recommend everyone to visit. If we really want to find a note, it is the 400-meter municipal road that has not had great maintenance, but it is not Emilia's fault, who is doing everything to ensure that the Municipality of Roseto also takes care of the hamlet of Montepagano.

We loved Leondina for her availability, her smile, and kindness. It was a pleasure to stay at your apartment, very nice, located in an extremely convenient location to reach the beach on foot but also other amenities. The apartment is bright, clean and equipped with all the necessary services. We will be happy to visit you again if we stop by the beautiful Roseto again! Thanks again!

Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

The apartment is small but perfect for 2-3 people. It has everything you need and the location is perfect for both reaching the shops in the center and a nice walk along the Grottammare waterfront. We hope to be back soon. Thanks to Ilaria for her availability!

Giovanni is a great host and always respond in a fast way. The apartment is modern and cozy. The location is also great and very close to the beach. There are also playground downstairs which is great for family with kids. I would like to strongly recommend Giovanni’s apartment to other travelers👍

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!
