Het huis is prettig. Goede keuken, waar alles aanwezig is. Badkamer, woonkamer alles is prima in orde. Een prima buitenruimte. Veel privacy en rustig. De buren zijn de schoonouders van Valentina. Hele aardige en gastvrije mensen. Prachtig zwembad met uitzicht op zee. Veel leuke plaatsen (bijv. San Benedetto en Ascoli Piceno) in de buurt die een bezoek waard zijn. Met de auto naar het strand is met de auto 5 minuten. Je kunt het openbare strand op, maar er zijn ook leuke strandtenten waar je een ligstoel etc. kunt huren. Supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. Wij hebben er een heerlijke relaxte tijd gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. Ev ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şeye sahipti. Denize 10 dakika mesafedeydi. Yüksek konumu sayesinde geceleri daha serindi. Manzarası ve terası çok güzeldi. Bu bölgeye yapacağımız bir sonraki seyahatimizde kesinlikle bir daha tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler Franca Arrivederci

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Wonderful holidays with my husband and kids😍the house is wonderful! Well equipped, everything very clean, we felt at home! Simply wonderful view. Perfect place if you want to relax and enjoy with your family. Samira was great with us, very helpful, gave us great tips. I highly recommend it!!!!

lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio! La casa era spaziosa e dalle finestre si apriva un panorama mozzafiato che lasciava senza parole. È situata nel cuore di Fermo, vicino alla Piazza del Popolo, e proprio come un piccolo museo conserva perfettamente lo stile del Settecento. Chiara e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è al primo piano e il marito di Chiara mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Chiara ha preparato per me una torta per la colazione: era deliziosa! Ho sentito tutto il calore e la cura con cui era fatta. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare in un luogo così affascinante.

My family and I traveled from Knoxville, TN to Sant'Omero to visit relatives! We were absolutely blown away by this Air B&B. Not only was the home extremely clean with amenities including full bathrooms, kitchen, pool, but also the views were incredible. We were greeted at the front door and given a tour of the home. The host was responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a host. We had a wonderful time and will remember this trip forever! I hope to visit again and stay here!! This was easily our most enjoyable experience with Air B&B.

L’appartement est très propre et spacieux, exactement comme décrit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Nous n’avons que de bons commentaires à faire sur la propreté et le confort du logement. Le seul petit bémol : les voisins du dessus étaient malheureusement assez bruyants en soirée (vers 22h-23h), ce qui rendait l’endormissement difficile et réveillait notre bébé. Mis à part cela, notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

From the moment we arrived Mamma greeted us with love and a warming feeling of family. Alfonso was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of everything. You must go to the family restaurant near your stay. Unbelievable food and service. We are already making plans to return. Best place to stay in Teramo period. Man merkt einfach, dass Pia mit Herz und Seele Gastgeberin ist – ihr liebevoll eingerichtetes Airbnb strahlt genau diese Wärme aus. Es war blitzsauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt – wie bei guten Freunden. è andato tutto bene, compresa la vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai suoi servizi...utile la pineta tra casa e mare che abbiamo sfruttato tutti i giorni causa il caldo soprsttutto durante il pranzo...gentili anche quelli del greenbay. Unica nota stonata il rumore del treno che disturba appunto durante il riposino in pineta...comune o ferrovie dovrebbero fare barriere antirumore almeno in alcuni tratti più frequentati

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, dank der Beschreibung haben wir es auch gut gefunden. Es liegt am Ende der Straße mit einem zauberhaften Blick in die Berge! Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht! Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat Freude am Kochen! Die Zimmer/ Betten schön jedes Zimmer hat einen Ventilator! Der Pool ist super. Dieser wurde freitags immer gereinigt! Alles im allen ein toller Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank an Gio! Auch an Paolo, der Gärtner und Mann für alles, ist sehr freundlich! Wir könnten ihn alles fragen und er hat sofort geholfen, wenn es nötig war! Vielen Dank an Paolo! Eine wichtige Sache: im Sommer abends bitte Mückenspray und co verwenden, die kleinen Minimücken sind hartnäckig!

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

Grazie all'host Lorenzo per la dispinbilità dimostrata durante tutto periodo di soggiorno. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'appartamento situato all'interno dell'azienda nel casolare di famiglia. Rifitniture e arredamento molto belli di qualità , finestre insonorizzate e una bellissima terrazza dove poter mangiare e cucinare grazie al BBQ messo a disposizione. Utile la piscina all'esterno per una piavecole sosta al rientro dalla spiaggia. Spiaggia libera che si raggiunge a piedi e distante 300mt. Apochi metri didistanza volendo ci sono anche spiaggie attrezzate. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il borgo di Colonnella , a15min di macchina da cui si può godere un panorama dall'alto bellissimo. TUTTO OK !

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!
