Always a great stay. I've stayed before and this time I stayed 2 weeks and extended a 3rd. Very nice balcony, washer (no dryer), big fridge and grill. Everything you need and great hosts.

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Natalia ist eine wirklich freundliche und aufgeschlossene Person, gut erreichbar für alle Fälle und gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner funktionieren (Dachgeschoss) einwandfrei. Die dazugehörigen Münzen kann man ums Eck in einem kleinen Supermarkt kaufen. ($1700/Münze/Stand April 25). Es gibt reichlich Supermärkte und kleine Gemüsehändler in der näheren Umgebung. Kneipen technisch kann ich das Georgie’s in nächster Nähe empfehlen. Die rote Linie (U-Bahn) ist zu Fuß ca. 7min entfernt, die grüne Linie (U-Bahn) in ca. 15-20min Fußweg. Die Buslinien 39, 140 und 168 sind direkt vor und um den Block vorhanden. Ich bedanke mich bei Natalia für ihre Gastfreundschaft und all Ihre Mühe. 👌🏻☀️🌈 Buenos Aires fehlt mir jetzt schon. 😭😅

Ótimo lugar para quem vai em grupo. Acomoda confortavelmente umas 12 pessoas. Casa tem um quintal com churrasqueira que é um charme e muito útil para dias com chuvas e almoço com a galera. Possui três banheiros com água quente (um em uma suíte) e funcionando perfeitamente. Há um supermercado quase na esquina. Enfim, a casa foi um conforto para todos. Com certeza voltaria se precisar de um lugar grande pra ficar. Adorei!

Todo funcionó a la perfección. Su ubicación es muy conveniente y la casa es perfecta para ir con un grupo grande de amigos. La terraza se disfruta con muchas horas de sol. El living es perfecto para convivir y la calefacción estuvo ideal durante toda la estadía. Gran predisposición por parte de los dueños para colaborar y que contemos con todo lo que necesitábamos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

Epico, poco mas que agregar. Es tal cual la descripcion, 0 humo, la verdad que si buscas algo para disfrutar con amigos y familia es la que va.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Un excelente lugar con las comodidades indicadas, de fácil acceso, cerca a varios lugares, la pasé muy bien sin mayor contratiempo. Seguramente cuando vuelva podría volverla a tomar.

Muy bien ubicado y accesible. Fui con mi caniche Ronnie. Me hubiera gustado más almohadas y más elementos de limpieza como trapo ballerina y repasadores o una esponja nueva cerrada. Algún trapo de piso. También alguna cortesía como una botella de agua o sobre de café/te. En general muy lindo. Lo recomiendo y volvería sin duda.

Muy buena experiencia. Zona para trabajar y excelente conexión wifi. Tranquilidad. Ezequiel fue un excelente anfitrión. Volveria sin dudar.

3 month stay, only left because that's as long as Argentina allows. Great location, close to groceries, busses, fruit & vegetable stands, and coffee shops. It is still quiet because it is a block off the main street. Everything in the kitchen works (no microwave, not a probem for me).Lots of storage. Housekeeper was great! (thank you Claudia!) Would definitely stay again!

El departamento es cómodo y acogedor. La zona es muy conveniente, con tiendas y restaurantes cercanos y acceso a otras partes de la ciudad. Norma es una anfitriona muy amigable, siempre atenta. Gran experiencia.
