Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa Ortúzar

Everything was excellent, the apartment is beautiful, the hosts are very friendly and the area is great for food, tranquility and to take the subway or buses, spectacular!!! I wish everyone was like that Congratulations to hosts !!!

The accommodation was as described: comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Claudio, Daniela and Jorgelina were very attentive hosts, with excellent communication at all times. Although a detail arose during the stay, they were very willing to resolve it immediately. A very pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend it.

I had an excellent experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very kind, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both rest and work. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, what stands out the most is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would return without hesitation. A perfect stay!

Everything in the room is brand new, the apartment is beautifully decorated, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the bedding is comfortable.Everything was perfect except that the washing machine in the building couldn't be used on the day we arrived (we finally solved the problem at the nearby laundry shop)!

Beautiful apartment to stay alone or as a couple, and spend a few quiet days in Buenos Aires. Close to Palermo and its bars, well connected to different parts of the city. Clean and equipped. The hosts were always attentive to our inquiries, giving directions and answering any questions quickly. Totally recommended!!

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

the place is beautiful, the apartment is very nice, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfect, the magnificent area, two blocks from the metro, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal you don't hear the street noises. Analia, great host, totally recommended

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Everything was perfect and Guille was an amazing host. The apartment is really well located to explore Palermo, and the neighborhood is hip and safe.

I stayed here for a month and it was an incredible place to stay and work from. I never had a single issue with Internet connectivity, even with frequent zoom meetings. The apartment itself is spacious, gorgeous and has everything in the kitchen you could possibly need to cook. The neighborhood is also incredible - it’s on of the greenest and most quiet in the whole city. Lots of convenient things within walking distance, but total peace and silence in the apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Lastly, the hosts were so easy to communicate with - I always got a (friendly, helpful) response very quickly. First rate hosting. Thank you!

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responding promptly.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park.
