Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa Luro

We chose the apartment due to its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and toiletries. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, gave us several tips for tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more pleasant! We will definitely return !

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very kind, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both rest and work. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, what stands out the most is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would return without hesitation. A perfect stay!

Everything in the room is brand new, the apartment is beautifully decorated, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the bedding is comfortable.Everything was perfect except that the washing machine in the building couldn't be used on the day we arrived (we finally solved the problem at the nearby laundry shop)!

Beautiful and comfortable hallway house. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always room for parking. Maria is very attentive and friendly. Safe and well-lit place at night. We love it. Super recommended.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

The photos match the listing, it is very well located, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is complete and the shower was very good. It really is an excellent apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Super clean and tidy. It's beautifully decorated. It has the necessary appliances and utensils and everything is new and works well (kitchen, air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, towels, etc.). It's spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it has a nice balcony. The complex is superlative: heated pool, jacuzzi, saunas, gym. Everything is spacious, new and very easy for guests to access. The host, Juan, is very explicit, responds quickly and accurately. They left us coffee capsules, chocolates and beer in the fridge, it's a very nice welcome when you arrive tired from a trip. 100% recommended apartment. The price/quality ratio is excellent. It's worth it!!!

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park.
