Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa Luro

The apartment is old and could use some TLC but value for money. Well appointed apartment with everything you need. Great location near train, bus and walkable to great restaurants in BA. Swimming pool was nice during those steamy afternoons. Staff very attentive to requests. We had a great time. Close to local markets and washing machine is always appreciated. Thanks to Carolina.

We chose the apartment due to its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and toiletries. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, gave us several tips for tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more pleasant! We will definitely return !

Johanna welcomed us, showed us the apartment, and explained how everything worked. Very kind, even took extra time to talk with us, we got to know each other a little, super good vibes. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, our stay was for 3 people, my partner and my 21-year-old daughter. It is the perfect size and 4 fit in without any problems, with all the comfort. With a large balcony to be outside, and to be able to hang clothes. Everything works very well. Equipped with the basics of a kitchen to be able to make your meals. Located in the heart of Villa Devoto, less than a block from the square. The neighborhood and building are super safe. The neighbors were very nice, we didn't have a problem. The bed was very comfortable. It had towels, soaps, detergents. We felt right at home! Highly recommended! Everything was perfect and Guille was an amazing host. The apartment is really well located to explore Palermo, and the neighborhood is hip and safe.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!
