Holiday rentals with breakfast in Villa Gustavo A. Madero

Loved staying here with my family, group of 5 adults. Everyone had their own comfortable space. Very clean home and bathrooms- soft linens and towels, comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful home with nice touches and everything you would need to cook meals, relax and take in the beautiful views. House Mgr. was very responsive, accommodating and helped us have a wonderful stay. We planned two breakfasts during our stay and it was some favorite meals of the trip. The hosts and house manager do not cut corners and have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. Highly recommend staying here.

This house is beautiful, better than in the pictures. Rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Charity was very responsive and helpful solving minor issues that appeared. We had a great stay and the place is highly recommended!

The place was really cozy and nice. I think it would be a good idea to have AC in the rooms but separate from that, everything was amazing.

We came on a family trip and we were a total of 9 people staying at this place. It was perfect, each couple had their own room/space and all of the children had their own beds. The decorations were super cute, our favorite was the kitchen area. Our host was very clear in communicating with us. It was a very pleasant experience staying here. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely return here again in the future.

Villa Privada is a stunning property situated within a private community, walking distance from the town center. Its location on a steep hill may pose challenges for individuals with health issues such as heart conditions, asthma or arthritis, as ascending the hill can be more difficult than descending. However, taxis are readily available for a convenient ride home. The Villa boasts breathtaking views from its terraces, a picturesque courtyard with a pool and living area perfect for our group of three couples to congregate. The Villa's appointments and comfort levels are exceptional throughout. Luzma and her staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, preparing delicious breakfasts daily at our request, setting a wonderful tone for our day Angelica Juarez provided invaluable assistance as Property Manager, expertly handling Villa queries and transportation logistics. Deborah , the owner , was very responsive and friendly. Our experience at Villa Privada was truly exceptional!

The stay was impeccable. An excellent location, everything super clean, the pool with heating, the service was always very good and the third host Honey made us feel at home. Definitely a great place to be with the family

I would definitely recommend the apartment. I give it a 100 out of 10. It exceeded our expectations even though the weather was not very pleasant to use the jacuzzi and the pool, but still the service was excellent. Emilio is a super attentive person, who I know cares about the comfort of the people who rent his apartment. At all times he answered quickly to any questions, and gave us solutions to the small things that came up unexpectedly. The apartment is very comfortable, I would say, with what is necessary to have a very pleasant time. We definitely recommend it and would go back.

I had a wonderful stay!!!! I have lived in Mexico for 20 years in Cozumel. Before I booked I asked very specific questions as I wanted complete privacy, spacious outdoor space. This Air B n B matched everything I was looking for. Walking to the central touristic main areas was 12 minutes. Living at sea level a little challenging the altitude of San Miguel De Allende, however the Uber service is exceptional! Something that is not available in my area of Mexico. What was super exceptional I had to change my entire trip to a new date for a major family medical emergency the day before I was to fly! Lynn was so understanding, worked with me non stop. I was able to rebook my dates. Very caring for the situation her and Brigham. Walk carefully. Brigham rightly advised that. Bring good walking shoes! This air B n B is exactly what I was looking for! Peace and quiet and privacy. A great alternative to hotel stays. Thank you so much to both of you! Will book it again in a heartbeat!

I felt right at home, very well located to get to the center, the amenities of the place are very good, great showers, pool and gym, but the stay was incredible, and Carlos' service, not to mention, it's a place that we would definitely return to 👏🏻

everything is fine. Gilberto is very friendly, he agrees to receive in the accommodation. It is in a good area to be able to go downtown.

It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, bedrooms with good space and a good location.

Deana and Dennis are a special kind of host. You feel like you are staying at the home of your longtime friends. They are so warm and welcoming and their home is beyond beautiful. I loved the location. Outside of town but still close. You do need a car or a driver and there is no cell service at or around the property but once you get to the house you’ll have Starlink available. We stayed at multiple Airbnbs in town and this was my favorite.

Excellent location, Alberto is very kind, he was always attentive to what we needed. We had a very pleasant stay, definitely a place we would return to. Access to the city center was very easy, you didn't need a car since you can walk wherever you want.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura’s place! It’s a 5 minute walk from centro and close to many restaurants and shops. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the terrace filled with beautiful plants, which served as a place to rest for a mid-day break with our 1 year old. We’e definitely stay here again!
