Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa General Mitre

This is the second time staying in place. The location is great and the dpto is super well equipped.

The apartment is very complete, it had several elements, kitchen cleaning and personal hygiene, which are very useful especially if the stay is short. The super attentive and helpful hosts let us change the check-out time, which was very useful for us to take advantage of our time in Buenos Aires. I would definitely come back

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The best view and the best location.

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. It is very pleasant to live in this lively place, full of books, which has already been inhabited. Very comfortable, in a very good area, it was really great. Thank you so much Ruben

Great location! Close to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Nina and Hernan were great to communicate with and had lots of great tips.

the place is beautiful, the apartment is very nice, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfect, the magnificent area, two blocks from the metro, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal you don't hear the street noises. Analia, great host, totally recommended

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

The neighborhood is fantastic safe, vibrant, and full of life. We loved being surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and cultural gems like live tango shows. Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium in a very quiet neighborhood. It is in PB so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super generous and also has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may occur during the stay. Although it is not an area that is characterized by having a lot of bars or restaurants, a few blocks away it has the still-life Los Bohemios which is a 10, and several cafes in a pedestrian distance. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good predisposition, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with older people and waiting for a medical appointment.
