Of course daily maid included. She comes every morning to clean the house and then end your day at 7:00PM Per request, we have a private chef who can prepare meals for you for $60 a day You must provide the materials from the supermarket.

Franlis and Rosanna have impeccable customer service and the house is amazing. Super clean, well maintained and with everything you need to have a wonderful stay, as we did. The neighbors are super attentive to us and the views are wonderful. Definitely highly recommended 🙌🏻

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Puntarena Beach Condos. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described — even better. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The view was breathtaking, with the beach just a short stroll away. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful sounds of the waves and the fresh sea breeze. The property itself is quiet and well-maintained, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. If you’re looking for a serene escape with beautiful surroundings and a cozy, well-appointed space, I can’t recommend Puntarena Beach Condos enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The place is so much nicer than what the photos show, cozy and with perfect places to take pictures. On the top floor, the beach view is spectacular. The service was excellent, the person who received us was very kind. The stay was impeccable, with well-distributed rooms and all with air-conditioning. 10/10!
