Pésimo proceso para ingresar. Reservas por Airbnb, pero te hacen darte de alta en una app que te hacen bajar y luego por Airbnb no te responden, solo es robotizado todo. La verdad mala experiencia. El depa muy bien, la torre suele bien; todo bien, el dolor de cabeza fue ingresar

Excelente lugar, muy amplio, muy bien decorado, práctico y tranquilo para pasar una vacación o un periodo de trabajo. La ubicación es excelente, alejada del bullicio pero suficientemente cerca de restaurants, tiendas y lugares de paseo, una estación del metro. Liliana estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada y en cercana comunicación cuando lo requerimos. Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar en este departamento si está disponible en nuestra próxima visita a Ciudad de México.

I traveled here solo and felt safe the entire time. I had an issue with the wifi and it was quickly resolved. There is road noise as mentioned but to me it wasn’t that bad compared to living in Philly. If I ever find myself in mexico city I would stay again.

Best airbnb inhave stayed at Mexico city great location and beautiful view from mexico comity downtown from the 9th flor, love the elevator, best view you will find, huge windows, love the place, 2 full bathrooms, hot water cleanest towels , best restaurants around and in the same street Highly recommend this place

The location is great because it’s near the mall, and grocery store. Everything was very clean.

El lugar está limpio las escaleras están complicadas para personas mayores o con dificultad para caminar, los muebles y el piso sería bueno darle una reforma están algo viejos, el personal de trabajo muy amable y atentos. El jacuzzi no funciona bien y uno de los lavabos está averiado. Pero en general está bien y la ubicación es muy buena

El alojamiento es como en las fotos, acogedor, tranquilo y seguro. Fui por trabajo y pude descansar de maravilla. El portero del edificio siempre atento y servicial. Francisco un excelente anfitrión! Fue una gran estadía!

Very welcoming host and always very attentive to our needs. The airbnb has great style and the rooms are large and accommodating. He also provided great recommendations also on things to do around the city. We would stay here again!

Excelente lugar, cómodo, y cumple de acuerdo a lo que se menciona.

La casa es muy amplia y en general muy iluminada, las 4 recámaras están de muy buen tamaño y con baños accesibles. La cocina muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La ubicación de la casa está excelente, muy céntrica y está cerca de plazas, restaurantes y otros negocios. A pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Una excelente opción para hospedarse en la zona de Polanco.

Great stay in a great location! A lot of nearby restaurants and a safe walkable area. The plants inside the home were so cool! I was nervous about not having AC, but we visited at the end of May and had no issues plus there were fans!

El lugar es fantástico, cumple con todas las expectativas y, me atrevo a decir, que es mejor de lo que se muestra en las imágenes. Es un lugar muy cómodo y fascinante, las instalaciones son increíbles y el trato con el arrendador es fácil y sencilla. Fascinado con el alojamiento.

Estuvimos en casa de Felipe por un evento que tuvimos en el club de golf de Amanali, la ubicación fue ideal para facilitar toda nuestra logística. La casa es muy bonita y con muy buena distribución para estar 7-8 personas con comodidad. La zona es tranquila y las noches que estuvimos pudimos descansar sin problema. Es una lástima que no estuvimos más días para disfrutar todas las áreas de la casa, se nos antojaba mucho la alberca y el asador pero no tuvimos el tiempo suficiente, sin duda trataremos de regresar el próximo año para el siguiente evento!

Estancia a gusto, fácil de llegar desde el Centro Banamex e Hipódromo, Bernardo es muy atento y responde muy rápido.

Amazing home, very spacious with a great view. Plenty of portable coolers to beat the heat, and in the heart of an incredible area full of food, drink and nightlife.

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

Muy bien el depa. Todo excelente. Sin problema regreso!! El hecho de tener café y agua para tomar es un super plus que separa un buen host y depa de los demas. Se ve que le saben a esto y lo hacen muy bien. Los felicito y agradezco todas las atenciones.

Truly a gem in CDMX. Rodrigo was phenomenal and a great communicator. Place was spotless and as beautiful as the photos. We’d be lucky to stay here again next time we’re in CDMX!

Fernando was such a wonderful host! We were so happy with the apartment, location and attentions Fernando gave us. The apartment was extremely clean , comfortable and located in a great location where you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again! El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!
