Very nice place, in a safe area, and with a nice view. Having guards outside the apartment was not something I expected but made me feel better as a solo traveler. The front desk people were really nice as well and respectful. I liked that not just anybody can go in and out. The apartment was nice and clean, I don’t have any complaints!

Great spot that is close enough to the center of the city but still far enough to not feel like you’re in the busy part either. Yes all of México city is busy but still felt less busy. There’s a a few places to buy food around for the place as well as two different shopping centers. Enjoyed the place overall. The place is specious and a good place to stay at.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location and apartment was perfect, and quiet. Includes a hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not "hot" during our visit...maybe just broken, but not clear communication from the hosts on that. The pool was heated enough for a quick dip, though.

Un lugar muy lindo, en una zona centríca para movilizarse. El proceso de ingreso es bastante tedioso (por normas del condominio), pero en general todo muy bien.

Excelente ubicación, el edificio tiene entretenimiento para niños pequeños y el departamento tiene buena distribución y es cómodo para familias con niños

I had a great stay at this Airbnb—it was exactly as described, and for the price, it was honestly a steal. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer which made my stay even more convenient. The building also had a beautiful pool and a spacious gym with an incredible view that made workouts a little more enjoyable. One thing to note is that traffic in Mexico City can be intense. Getting to Roma Norte during rush hour can take up to an hour, but if you’re heading out midday or late at night, it’s only about 20 minutes. That said, the location still worked well for me, especially with a 7-Eleven just across the street for snacks and essentials. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and felt like I got great value. I’d definitely consider booking here again!

Un lugar seguro, en una zona bonita, bien ubicado para servicios, el departamento acogedor y funcional, la anfitriona muy amable y atenta.

La casa es muy amplia y en general muy iluminada, las 4 recámaras están de muy buen tamaño y con baños accesibles. La cocina muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La ubicación de la casa está excelente, muy céntrica y está cerca de plazas, restaurantes y otros negocios. A pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Una excelente opción para hospedarse en la zona de Polanco.

The only thing that beats this stunning and modern apartment is the generosity, help and support provided by Manuel and Monica. We stayed here for a long time with our newborn twins and felt right at home. It was hard when we finally had to leave! Monica is an angel on earth who was always willing to help with anything we needed with regards to our stay in Mexico. We will miss this place. Words cannot describe how much we recommend staying here!

We had a great stay in this spacious and well-equipped apartment in CDMX.Traveling as a family, we truly appreciated the ample space and comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Parque Lincoln, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was seamless, and the Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Lo pasamos genial! La ubicación del departamento es excelente, tiene de todo a poca distancia caminando. Alejandra fue muy atenta y amable nos apoyó mucho durante nuestra estancia.

Me encantó el lugar, muy tranquilo y sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí, espero volver pronto.

We really enjoyed our 18 day stay at this place. We arrived almost 2:00 am and had no trouble getting inside. The security was very helpful (unlike other places I've stayed in the area). The building is very secure and safe, as is the area generally. You can walk to any amenities you would need for an extended stay - major grocery stores, costco, and tons of restaurants. The apartment has all the basics and was very comfortable. No issues with any appliances, everything worked well. We would definitely stay here again in the future

Me encantó el loft, súper bonito y cómodo. El edificio está muy bien y la zona es linda y tranquila. Ideal para descansar o salir a explorar. ¡Volvería sin dudar!

El lugar es cómodo y está en una área donde puedes caminar a varios restaurantes, cafés, y tiendas. Me gustó que por las noches era pacífico y no se escuchaba ruido de trafico. El lugar es tal está descrito.

MI ESTADIA COMENZO SUPER BIEN ES LA PRIMERA VEZ EN UN AIRBNB FUERA DE MI PAIS Y MI PRIMERA VEZ TAMBIEN VISITANDO MEXICO. LA ZONA ES GENIAL MUCHOS RESTAURANTES LUGARES A LOS QUE ACCEDER CAMINANDO (ZONA DE MUCHO TRAFICO) EDIFICIO MODERNO COMO MUCHAS FALIDADES (INCLUIDO JACUZZI Y SAUNA). EL APTO ES AMPLIO CON UNA VISTA PRECIOSA. NO ME FIJEEN QUE NO ERA CLIMATIZADO (POR COSTUMBRE PENSE QUE TODOS LO ERAN) PERO HIZO BUEN CLIMA TODO EL TIEMPO Y PODIAMOS ABRIR LAS VENTANAS (VIAJE EN AGOSTO). EL DUENNO FUE BIEN ATENTO A TODAS MIS PREGUTAS Y SIEMPRE RESPONDIA RAPIDO. EL EDIFICIO TIENE BASTANTE SEGURIDAD LO QUE LLEGA A SER AGOBIANTE PERO ES POR NUESTRO BIEN. LO UNICO QUE ME DEJO UN POCO INCOMODA FUE LA FALTA DE AMENITIES O ATENCIONES. SERIA MEJOR CONTAR CON + TOALLAS, + SABANAS, + AGUA DE TOMAR, CAFE (POR LO MENOS PARA LA 1ERAS HORAS DE ESTANCIA ) AZUCAR Y SAL HABIA PERO MAL ALMACENADAS.

Our stay was amazing. Located in a very nice area and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies. I definitely recommend staying here, you will not regret it.
