Beautiful house. Super spacious. Bright. Private. Good water pressure. Comfortable beds. The stove, the garden, the plants, everything to feel at home. I'll be back.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

The house is a typical Buenos Aires house, with all the pros and cons of an old house. Mike was a very friendly and responsive host, and every time something was needed he attended quickly.

Micaela and Diego are great hosts, and did their best to accommodate any of our needs during our stay. The place is pretty spacious, clean, and the location is fantastic. There is still construction going on so next door so not ideal for people who like to sleep-in, but seems to be nearing the end. Would stay again

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Very nice, modern and clean apartment in a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee and fashion shops. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment!

Excellent experience, highly recommend the place! It was a pleasure to stay there. The apartment had all the things to meet the needs with its fair size. The aesthetics were very nice, that black and white, with its beautiful furniture and the super comfortable bed. The bathroom is a spectacle. Sometimes one of the most complicated things is to agree with the owner on the time of arrival, especially if you arrive in the city at dawn. Cristian's system is perfect for making check-in smooth and easy. Airbnb should observe this method and copy it. The apartment was impeccable and Cristian was always available. I recommend

Un monoambiente petit, very confortable. Impeccable, bright and with everything you need. Hosts are a charm, always attentive, they respond right away. My arrival got complicated and they did everything to help me resolve the issue, very willingly and kindly. Unbeatable area. There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and there is also the sub two blocks away and transportation for all sides. But the block is quiet and the apartment, which faces the front, very quiet. I will go back, no question.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responding promptly.

Flor was a great host, she effectively communicated each step and helped us.

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time. Spectacular and very well centered, very nice and comfortable

Valeria was very flexible with several changes to my flights. The apartment is very well located, we feel very safe. The bed was good and the wifi was fine.
