Bastante amables los cuidadores siempre atentos y prestos. El lugar es súper bonito por los paisajes y todo lo que tiene se ven unos atardeceres espectaculares. La señal de wifi no tan buena, de ahí todo excelente

Lugar maravilloso, ideal para unas vacaciones en familia. Las instalaciones muy cómodas, cumplió con las expectativas. La atención tanto del dueño como de la persona que nos recibió fue excelente. Totalmente recomendado.

Our stay was great. Luis was our main contact and responded very quickly. The house is fabulous in a very private and scenic setting. Gorgeous views from every window and the deck. The deck chairs etc were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed. The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The WIFI is adequate (7-9 mbps) but it works. The walk down to Vilcabamba center is at least 50 minutes and we always used a taxi to come back. If it is raining be sure to get a cab with four wheel drive which are plentiful. Luis also has a four wheel drive and offered to take us back and forth numerous times. The pool was spotless and really nice and we did not need to have it heated. Like most of Latin America there are 3-4 dogs on the property but for the most part they did not bark much. You are a little out of town but the privacy and views were exactly what we wanted. We loved this place and are already working on a return.

The house has a lot of space and is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, although the freezer wasn't cold enough to make ice cubes. Warm water for longer than 1 minute can be a challenge both in the kitchen and the bathroom, but overall the house can definitely be recommended. Everything is clean and at night you have a nice view of the city. The owner replies quickly to messages and there's someone available in the same building in case of questions or problems. Be aware that getting to the house from the main street is a very steep walk - much steeper than what I expected based on Google StreetView. I recommend taking a taxi or the bus (which apparently goes on the street above the house, but I'm not sure about that), especially if you have a lot of luggage. But again - thanks to the location you've got a great view of the city. I recommend this place.

Muy acertado el alojamiento, le pedí a Jorge me permita incluir en la reserva a dos niños de 3 años y muy amablemente me indico que no había inconveniente, nos recibió Carmita muy atenta y amable, nos hizo el recorrido a la casa y entrego la información necesaria de la misma! Puso a disposición todo lo indicado en el anuncio 🫶 mi familia súper que contenta con el alojamiento seleccionado ✔️ sin dudarlo vuelvo a loja y los contacto para una próxima estadía

El alojamiento ha sido ideal, tiene cerca varios lugares indispensables, como un supermercado, farmacias, Centro de comidas, etc, etc. Además el dueño ha estado pendiente de que todo marche de la mejor manera. Si se quieren hospedar en Loja yo lo recomiendo muchísimo.

El lugar es muy bonito, fácil de llegar y la casa acogedora. Tiene todo lo que dice y la comunicación muy ágil, además es divertido ver el aterrizaje y despegue de los aviones.
