Holiday rentals with beach access in Vila Franca do Campo

We had a great time here! The view is amazing and the appartment is more then complete. Everything you need is available. The communication with Miguel was easy and he gave us all the information we needed for our stay. When we arrived there was enough food for the next day, what a great service! We can really recommend a stay here, you will never forget it!

This is a lovely apartment with an incredible view of the mountains and beach. It’s rather basic in decor, but comfortable. All in all, a very good place

Álvaro was an amazing host, the area was beautiful and he was able to provide many recommendations on stuff to do in the area. For others like us who wanted to explore the whole island it is a great central location that can get you to all sides in under an hour. Definitely will be recommending to our friends and family who will be visiting the island, thanks Álvaro!

Great location with an awesome view! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Easy drive to and from the airport and top attractions on the island. Highly recommend staying here if you visit the Azores!

They are super nice and the place is clean and you feel at home. the view is beautiful too. Totally recommend It!

Epicenter was the perfect central location to explore Sao Miguel during the day, and enjoy the privacy of home at night. The neighbors are a little noisy so bring ear plugs but the amenities here made it well worth it!

“Compact” apartment but it has everything one needs and is very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, excellent Internet connection! Beautiful view of the city (south and east). The hosts were reactive and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood (and a quiet building) with a parking lot across the street. It is a walking distance to the city centre (shops and restaurants) and also to a larger shopping centre. I had a very pleasant stay.

Very beautiful and welcoming place ! Great location! Relatively close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, natural pools...) and easy access to major roads to the rest of the island's destinations. It has a beautiful view! Great, well-equipped facilities which provided a great stay! Always available hosts who have gifted us with typical miminhos on arrival. Super recommend! 🙏🏼❤️

Andre was a fantastic host. There was a very generous welcome basket, including wine, waiting for us on the kitchen table. He responded quickly to our inquiries and provided a very helpful list of local attractions and restaurants. The house was well equipped, very clean and perfectly located for exploring Sao Miguel. We would definitely recommend this house and Andre as a host.

We had a wonderful few days at Andre’s place! Parking was easily available for our rental, and he provided great recommendations! There was an amazing view of an old church and the Atlantic Ocean from the bed! The rental is a bit away from the city center of Ponta Delgada, so it’s a better fit for people who will be renting a car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rui was responsive and helpful whenever needed. The private terrace overlooking the ocean was the true standout. Some thoughtful touches like coffee, milk, juice, and jam were also provided for our arrival. The location in São Roque is quiet but conveniently walkable to Ponta Delgada (~30 min along a beautiful coastal path). We usually found parking in the small lot at Ilhéu de S. Roque at the end of the road, though be aware it's a narrow drive where you need to drive half on the sidewalk. If that's a concern, there’s ample parking just a short walk away on Av. do Mar. We didn’t notice much noise from the nearby Cais 20 restaurant. That said, the larger bedroom faces the street and can pick up foot traffic if windows are open. The smaller room was quieter and had better ocean sounds — we actually preferred sleeping there. Beds and pillows are basic but we slept just fine. All in all, a wonderful stay with a spectacular view.

This location is INCREDIBLE. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, watching the huge aqua waves roll past the Mosteiros rocks and appreciated the easy access to the beautiful black beach. Parking is just up the street. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathroom worked well. Ricardo was very helpful with a reservation for dinner. We highly recommend the restaurant MoMo in nearby Ginetes. Mosteiros is well located if you plan to visit Sete Cidades and the thermal pools in Ferraria. This is a great spot!

Beautiful base for Sao Miguel We loved Erico‘s place which was comfortable, beautifully decorated and charming. It also was very well equipped with dishes, spices, generous towels und great beds. Parking on the steep street is a bit daunting to start with and there are barking dogs just like everywhere else on the island that break up the serenity but the place is a real haven and between walking to the beach and driving to the different corners of the island it’s in a great place too. Érico was a responsive generous host, from the welcome bread and milk to restaurant recommendations , thank you Erico, we would definitely come again

This house was in a great location, easy to get anywhere in the island. It was a convenient space with room for a family of 3 adults to spread out and has a great communal space as well. It was really nice to have a garage to park our rental car. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals and a grocery store right down the road. Check-in was flexible and we were greeted, given a quick tour, and left with the keys. The beach was a quick walk down the road and a path and we were the only ones there! I recommend this rental to anyone coming to Sao Miguel.

I stayed here for a week with my family (including two kids - ages 8 and 10) and we had a fantastic time. The house is perfectly located for exploring Sao Miguel - it is easy to get to all parts of the island - and is very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. The recently renovated kitchen is a huge plus too - we had no trouble cooking dinner at home one night (there is a huge grocery store nearby). Laetitia was also a wonderful host, leaving a basket of local treats to welcome us, connecting us with a rental car agency, and otherwise being very helpful.

Our stay was perfect with the gorgeous ocean view to wake up to every morning. House was clean and comfortable, just like the pictures showed. Hosts were great and very responsive. There are places to swim in the ocean very close by and parking was always easily accessible at the end of the street. It was close to the city and a great place to stay to explore the whole island.

This was a very well situated home that felt private and secure. The unit was bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with basics needed. The bathrooms were clean and modern with plenty of toilet paper (could have used tissues). We were given 2 towels (one for home and one for beach/water activities) and a hand towel. I would have liked an extra towel for the week long stay. Storage in the bedrooms was great and loved the room darkening blinds! I personally felt the beds were too firm. The couch was equally as firm. For 2 people, the living room furniture was adequate but if you’re a group of 4 or more, there isn’t enough seating. The dining table seats plenty! The balcony furniture was great and my son loved lounging in the hammock and enjoying the surrounding beauty. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk with a decent restaurant on the beach. A rental car is a necessity to get around. Being centrally located meant easy access to all the island has to offer. Great stay!

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! We felt welcome from the start and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a small situation during our stay, nothing related to the house or the hosts, but they were still super quick and attentive to help, which we thank you immensely. The location is also quite good: we can easily walk to what we need. It takes a little walking, but it's good for you. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend it without hesitation. A huge thank you to Graça and Francisco for their warm and attentive welcome. The apartment was impeccable, comfortable and perfectly located to discover Ponta Delgada and the surroundings. Their availability and recommendations, especially for excursions, greatly enriched our stay. It was an ideal anchor point to explore the island, rest and fully enjoy the Azores. A 5-star experience from start to finish!

My wife and I had a most wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Ocean View 11. Before we committed to the reservation I could tell we had a lot in common with our hosts. We are an active, healthy athletic couple in our 70’s that love exploring, hiking, eating, conversing with locals and learning history. The unit is perfect and well described the way it is. I could always find parking within two blocks. The best rooms in the house are the awesome patio with oven view. We had all our breakfasts there. It’s quiet, spacious and modern. The malecón along the beach is awesome and great for a walk or run. I swam at the protected beach near it. The owners gave us an amazing list of recommended sites to visit and restaurants. Some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. We went to almost all of the sites and then some. I highly recommend this stay and we personally intend to return more to explore the extreme eastern part os Sao Miguel as well and to visit the other islands Enjoy it

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara's apartment. Everything was as described on the website. Sara was always readily available if we had any questions or concerns. The apartment was very well stocked and clean. Upon our arrival we found Sara had generously left us a welcome snack and wine. There was always free parking available in front of the apartment or across the street. After we booked Sara sent a very detailed list of restaurants, markets, and places to visit. We found all of her recommendations were nice. Note: as others have commented there is no elevator. There are a few flights of stairs to master. The stairs were very wide and we were able to manage. Make sure to use the light switch on the wall in the hallway when you first enter the building. If not the stairwell will be very dark.
