Appartamento appena ristrutturato. Vi innamorerete della vista mozzafiato sul Lago di Garda. Ideale per chi desidera godersi il lago e la natura in tutte le stagioni: sito in posizione collinare, tranquilla e strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti spiagge (Toscolano è stato riconfermato Bandiera Blu), sentieri di montagna, il lungolago, borghi, negozi, sentieri in montagna, supermercati e ottimi ristoranti. Il nostro appartamento è posto all'ultimo piano di un piccolo contesto abitativo.

Una vacanza semplice che ti resterà nel cuore **

Piccolo appartamento di circa 40 mq composto da soggiorno/cucina, una camera da letto, un bagno ed un terrazzo dotato di un tavolino con sedie per rilassarsi, mangiare o bere un aperitivo all'aria aperta. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla del centro storico, è comunque molto vicino ai maggiori punti di interesse e servizi, a tre minuti dal lago e tre minuti da supermercati, bar e ristoranti. Sono a disposizione Wifi e parabola.Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, enjoying the ever changing view from your infinity bed. This small open plan apartment overlooks Toscolano-Maderno and beyond. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bedroom is divided by a stylish island living area and behind that the kitchen. From any area of the apartment there is the view of the lake. This incredible renovation has looked carefully at many different aspects to ensure a most memorable stay.

Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile in questo delizioso loft appena ristrutturato situato in un palazzo storico del centro di Maderno, solo attraversando la strada ti troverai direttamente sulla bellissima passeggiata lungolago. Vista l'ubicazione in pieno centro a poche decine di metri avrai tutti i servizi, ristoranti, bar, gelaterie, supermarket e farmacia. Le numerose spiagge sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Comodo parcheggio auto vicino a casa (12 Euro/24h).

The Studios are ideal for 2 persons. Completely independent with a small private terrace and garden in the front. The village center, beeches, restaurants and supermarket are 4 km fa away from the Studios. Swimming pool has salted water and heated with solar panels. Private parking place not behaved. We had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet just a few minutes away from the lake and the town center. The views, especially in the evening, were simply breathtaking! Check-in was very easy and straightforward – everything went smoothly, and Michela was always available and responsive whenever we had questions. It made our stay feel completely relaxed and hassle-free. Our apartment was exceptionally clean – you could really tell that great care is taken in maintaining everything. The space was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially loved the terrace – perfect for enjoying quiet evenings outdoors. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful, and well-organized place to stay at Lake Garda. Die Unterkunft von Stephanie war ausgesprochen sauber, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr schön! Die Kommunikation mit Stephanie war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Ursula ist eine super liebe Gastgeberin - herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Gegend und war bei unserer Ankunft absolut sauber und gepflegt. Andrea war persönlich vor Ort nach dem, dass wir uns über die Anreise Zeit vereinbart haben. Er hat uns alles über die Wohnung geklärt. Bei Fragen war er immer schnell erreichbar. Er ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist saber und hat alles, was man für die Urlaub braucht. Wir haben oft daheim gekocht und auf Terrasse gegessen. Leider habe ich ein Bier von ihm verpasst... >.< Vielen Dank, Andrea!

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad aan het Gardameer. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement is adembenemend. Het strand is geweldig en de restaurants heerlijk. Het appartement was zelf in de hele hete dagen heerlijk koel door de aanwezigheid van airco. Kortom een vakantie om nooit te vergeten.

Un angolo di paradiso. Varchi il cancello e ti ritrovi immerso in un parco di ulivi, oleandri, pini e cipressi i cui colori e profumi ti accompagnano nel soggiorno e ti fanno dimenticare il mondo esterno. scendi la stradina che ti porta al lago, apri il cancello sull’acqua e la natura ti accoglie. ti godi il lago nel lago. La casa di Roberto è semplicemente unica per chi vuole staccare la spina. Noi conoscevamo già i dintorni e non abbiamo fatto escursioni ma spostandosi in auto in pochi minuti si raggiungono posti meravigliosi come Gargnano, Salò, Toscolano Maderno. un esperienza da vivere!
