Waterfront holiday rentals in Vieux-Québec - Montcalm, La Cité-Limoilou

Amazing, amazing, amazing! My partner, dog and I had a fantastic stay at Elaine’s place! The AirBnB is stylish, clean and conveniently located. It is 15-20 min drive from QC’s downtown, and 5 min drive to Montmorency waterfall, 10 min drive to i’sle Orleans bridge. The AirBnB and location felt very safe and friendly. Two notes for anyone thinking of staying at this AirBnB: 1. There is a tenant in the unit below the AirBnB. He is very friendly. Since it is an older building the floors are very creaky and he asked us to step quietly after 11 PM, which we were able to easily accommodate. If you are a louder party, or if you have a “talkative” dog, this might not be the right rental for you. 2. The entrance is on the second floor, up steep-ish stairs. If you have any type of mobility issues, this rental is not for you. Overall, we had a great stay. Elaine was a great host. Such a great option for dog owners. Would visit again!

Very cozy and clean place. It felt good there. Easy to get to the accommodation thanks to self check-in. Easy to access and easy to find. Corresponds to the listing description. I think it's essential to have a car. Close to Quebec City. Right next to Montmorency Falls and right in front of Ile d'Orléans. 5 minutes away is a great IGA supermarket.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this apartment in Quebec City! The space is bright, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed for our trip. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. The location is great — we had a car and it took us about 10 minutes to get to everywhere we wanted to visit in the city. Our host, Geneviève, was amazing: very friendly, quick to respond, and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Quebec City!

Great little get away along the river. Not far from the city at all. Lovely drive into town along the water. You have clean comfortable living and sleeping space. Your own bbq and spa is great. Lots of space to relax on property too. If you need anything you have easy access to convenience stores, local attractions etc. would recommend and would stay again.

We stayed at Mario’s home during a snowstorm, and it was an incredible experience! The house and the view were even better than the photos—absolutely perfect for couples seeking a cozy getaway. Mario is one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met: very accommodating, flexible, and truly cares about his guests. The view of the St. Lawrence River was spectacular, even in winter. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape!

Karine met us at the apartment when we arrived. Karine came to greet us. She was very pleasant, easy to communicate with and spoke English very well. Though we did not need anything during our stay, directions to reach her were very clear. I don't recall the advertising saying that it was on the third floor, with some fairly steep steps. This was not a problem for us but it is definitely NOT for anyone who may have difficulty going up and down the stairs. The location was great! We found a 24/7 parking spot and never used our car the entire time we were in Quebec. We walked everywhere! I highly recommend this great little apartment in the heart of Old Quebec!

A serene gem by the river in the city of Château River! Just a short drive from Old Quebec, this peaceful retreat offers stunning waterfront views, beautiful surroundings, and total comfort. A perfect escape — truly 5 stars!

Perfect cottage for family with dogs... The best part was sleeping to the sound of the waves and watching the kites and windsurfers on the water. A real show. The location of the chalet is also to be considered, not far from Midinette and several attractions. Well-equipped kitchen, equipment and accessories in good quantity for everyone!

Great spot, well organized, peaceful neighborhood, cozy and felt like home. Wonderful experience 👌🏼

We loved spending Christmas here. What a nice surprise to find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. We left a fun ornament to add to the tree. A little touch of Sanibel Island Florida.

We had a wonderful stay! Marie-Line and Anthony were very pleasant and responsive hosts. The home was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The property itself is beautiful and sits right on a picturesque river. It was also an easy and scenic drive into Quebec City. Highly recommend!

The location was incredible! It was scenic and quiet yet easily walkable to attractions and restaurants. Jean-Patrick and Stephanie were very welcoming and helpful. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and kind. I highly recommend this stay.

This was our first stay on the island and staying at Veronique’s home was an absolute dream! Her home is simply stunning, the home itself is beautiful and so is the view! Veronique’s home was a perfect place to stay to explore the island and Quebec City and I would recommend it to anyone that is going to stay on the island. We will definitely be coming back!

My third time there. We visit the Basilica which a short ride away and the city which is very easy to get to. All is near. Them place is spacious and ample. Deck is open great view.

Royal Dalhousie is a gem. Great location, very clean and comfortable for 5 old friends visiting Quebec for delicious food and local history. We loved meeting Gregoire and Pierre. They were very welcoming and helpful. Two wonderful gentlemen!

This was a beautiful apartment looking out over the river. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was the ideal set up for two couples traveling together. The kitchen had enough tools for the one night we chose to cook for ourselves. The location couldn't have been better for walking to any shops or restaurants.

We loved this place and would likely stay again. We felt right at home. Its cozy, quiet, and very spacious.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment. It was stunning. Beautiful decor, plenty of space, and very clean. The host family were friendly and responsive. Well worth the price - convenience, space, great amenities, and a clean comfortable safe place to stay. Thank you Gregoire and family!!!

Gregoire, Lilliane & Pierre are wonderful welcoming hosts, and it was always a pleasure to speak with them. They helped make our stay truly incredible. Our suite was exactly as pictured. It is huge and wonderful with a jaw dropping view of the St. Lawrence. Ensuite laundry was so easy and fast and it is so nice being able to do laundry and not have to pack as much. The kitchen has EVERYTHING we could want. This apartment feels opulent and we felt really spoiled. It is beautifully decorated and has a ton of great closet solutions for a quick unpack. The elevator made for easy unloading and transfer to the 4th floor. Onsite parking is also a HUGE bonus. The Royal Dalhousie is the perfect place to begin any adventure. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the steps of Le Petit Champlain and the funicular which takes you to the top of the hill and then you can shop downhill. Its steps from the boat excursion and ferry to Lévi where you can go on the ferris wheel and have a gelato. Lets not forget the splash pad for kids practically on your doorstep. Our kids loved it at night when it lit up. Gregoire said to us that we would find our favourite place in the city and ours was the rooftop deck. You can see the Laurentians in the background in the east and bridges and a magnificent view of Château Frontenac and the government buildings on the hill. I really wish I could give more than 5 stars.
